LOL at you gunners trying to be on the 180 page..
Anyways after some reflection on my LSAT progress, I think I really really REALLY want RC to be either my first section or my fourth section. Preferably first because it means I'll be semi (HOPEFULLY) well rested, have food in my tummy, and ready to go.
Keeping my fingers crossed that we get incredibly lucky with RC! Does anyone know if RC trends are harder in the 70s? I know it doesn't really matter as long as you are prepared, but still..

Congrats ngogirl! You win a 180 on your LSAT (Conditions apply, results may vary, this is no way guarantees you will get a 180)

Yeah, I'm terrified of getting 2 RCs right in a row

HAHA was so NOT expecting that. Keeping my fingers crossed that this is the second sign of today that September will be awesome! I really should stop being so superstitious lol...Barack O'Drama wrote:ngogirl12 wrote:LOL at you gunners trying to be on the 180 page..

I would HATE to have RC as my experimental, my ideal would be having incredibly easy LG section after an easy LR section, with an easy LG section on test. I'm literally praying that we get an easy section of LR-RC-LG, but really it's up to the work we put in LMAO

48/50 type 4F (flawed method of reasoning) questions.... one I didn't really see and the other was just a lack of discipline. Just said screw it and picked something.

Just looked over some 7sage explanations for the LR section I did earlier. Ugh, it's so annoying when you understand it better AFTER the fact.

HAPPY 180 Y'ALL
Guh so PT 63:
LR1: 0
LG: 0
LR2: -4 LMFAO literally ran out of time, had to guess a question/kinda guess , this doesn't usually happen w/ LR.( Note to self not to leave questions blank next time jfc)
LR experimental: -2
RC: -3
Raw: 94
Scaled: 173 -_-
I've gotten -7/94 on the last 3 PTs. As evidenced by this one, that sometimes doesn't scale so nicely. Glad I managed to get a PT in today at least. Next hurdle will be morning PTs, and not! screwing! up! all! the! time!
On a bright note, I thought my laptop got stolen. Laptop did not get stolen. So that's good.

It's just my target's a 175, (#splitterlife) so it would be nice to see scores actually within range.

Thought I took it with me to the library, and I couldn't find it in my bag when I left, but I had left it at home, thank god.

What schools is a 175 better than a 173 for splitter wise? Harvard? I imagine that 173 (unless super splitter) is sufficiently high enough for everything Columbia and down.Alexandros wrote:I'll remember thatTheMikey wrote:I'd kill for a 173. Definitely notice that too.Replitz wrote:Had a rough couple of PTs, 170 and and 173 after averaging 175 for the previous 8 tests.
Just hit 175 on PT 39 even after blowing the RC (-4) due to post-lunch sluggishness. I feel like what makes the difference in my sections between a -3/-4 vs a -1/-0 is my attitude, whether I'm alert and focused, whether I'm attacking the questions and moving with pace. I finished my LR2 section with 6 minutes to spare, and did much better than many sections where I worked right up to time.

You still have exactly 2 months of PTing to go coupled with drilling. Meanwhile, I still haven't taken a PT since I started prepping for June-September (never took June), I keep telling myself "slow and steady wins the race.." LOLAlexandros wrote:

I'm sure you can make your target score, as long as you thoroughly review, stay calm during your PT's, and remember how to approach the problem/game/RC.

Yeah I've only taken a few PTs - rushing into them isn't a good idea. Slow and steady DOES win the race. You'll get there!
