Re: The Official October 2015 Study Group
Guys/gals, posting here in hopes of good karma and that I shake off two 168s and score something much closer to my PT range (171-173).
And more importantly, good luck to all of you. If nothing else, my advice to you is to stay focused and really attack the test. Despite how important test day is (and how tenacious you've been on PTs), I found it remarkably easy to fall into the trap of spending too long on difficult questions and entering something like a borderline daydream during the real thing.
Don't do that; seriously stay aggressive and locked in and you'll be great. Get it, get it.

My dog wakes me up at 8 everyday, but by some miracle let me sleep as long as I wanted. He also moved during the night, so I woke up at 10 cuddling a puppy. Feel very relaxed.

Re: The Official October 2015 Study Group
good luck to everyone testing tomorrow!
anyone else stuck in the shabbat-observers/international non-disclosed purgatory until Wednesday? Wish I could get it over with tomorrow with the rest of civilization... but I'm hoping to squeeze in another PT today (i'm on break right now...) and Sunday, and probably drill some RC on Monday. so at least there's that.

I've been getting up earlier, but the night before the night be for a test is the most important as far as getting rest, so I let myself sleep in.nlee10 wrote:Must be nice. Also, random tip for test day from two 177+ scorers...have a funny story in your head and whenever you get really nervous or confused or whatever, think of that funny story and allow yourself to actually laugh. The guy and his wife who scored well (they didn't know each other while taking the test) both did this and said it helped them a ton during the test.
