The LSAT Trainer by Mike Kim
The Powerscore LSAT Logic Games Bible
Manhattan Logical Reasoning Strategy Guide
Manhattan Reading Comprehension Strategy Guide
Cambridge LSAT Bundles (Endurance Edition)
Thanks in advance!!
I asked the same question a few pages back, so I'll share what was offered to me. As was mentioned above, your list is pretty solid as a sequence. My plan is to go through the Trainer in its entirety (as an overview), take a PT, and then drill/PT until test day with the LGB and Manhattan LR Guide as resources to supplement my drilling/PTing as necessary.
My impression of LSAT prep (and execution) is that there are a myriad of effective ways to tackle the problems, the key is to find the way that works best for you. In other words, if the Trainer's explanations for LR don't jive, take a look at Manhattan, if those don't jive, take a look at Powerscore, etc. Conversely, if the Trainer's explanations for LR click and PTing indicates that you are nailing it, you don't need to reinvent the wheel and waste time in other manuals for LR.
ETA: 7Sage is also a good resource to know, especially re: Logic Games and diagramming.
