Did a timed Lr section during my break.
LR: -5 (-3 BR)
Idk what happened. Might have been the fact that I've kind of ignored LR for a bit but hey whatever.
Also, just got caught in this spontaneous thunder storm and now my suit is all soaked, fml.

Dang, nice. I couldn't handle 18 credits. Had two consecutive semesters my junior year and said "never again."34iplaw wrote:The only other time I've been as worn out was when I was doing 23-25 credit hours per semester senior year
One other reason is the head of a certain department was trying to withhold a minor from me since I took a graduate section of a class (wasn't cross listed) so he was trying to say it wouldn't count. Rather than risk it, I just found a professor that hated him that let me enroll half way through the semester. I got an e-mail at the end of the semester to see student services since they hadn't added it, and they were like, "are you going to be able to handle this?" They didn't seem to realize that I had already finished the course and my undergrad at that point.
Fun times...barely made it through the first half of those semesters (had some half semester courses in those credit hours)

I see. Well, I am a retaker as I've mentioned before so I have seen the material..just in the past I was forcing myself to use methods presented by other prep companies that I wasn't comfortable with...idk if that adds to it or not.
And I do treat this like a full time job. I'm in the books and on 7sage 8-10 hours a day. The only other things I do daily are hit the gym and walk my dog and play with him for a half hour.
But thanks for your input. (I got into it with my older sister, btw)

Took half of exam 54 today:
LR1:-2
LG:-0
I've been consistently stuck on 1-3 wrong on LG's so the -0 is a nice feeling. I cannot seem to get over the -2/-4 hump on individual LR sections, though. Always making stupid mistakes.

Studying is all I'm currently doing as well, though I'm somewhat fearful that it may reflect poorly for admissions. But, hey, if studying full-time gets us the best scores I think it's worth it--and may well compensate if it does reflect poorly.tofuspeedstar wrote:I see. Re: The Official September 2016 Study Group - WELCOME JUNE WAITERS
Just signed up for the official September Lsat last night.
Also purchased the Powerscore question type books to hyper focus on my weakness.
Seeing general improvent. Scored my personal best 168 on my last 2 prep tests. 170 is right around the corner.
Last Friday
168
LG -2
1 LR -5
2 LR -3
RC -3
This Morning
168
1 LR -0
RC -1
LG -8
2 LR -3
Ran into a strange game, and did not manage my time wise, thus I had to guess on the last game.
In the absence of the poor LG performance, the other 3 section were within the 170+ range.

I can see where that might come into play, but, i'd think an adcom would overlook not working for 2 months for an LSAT score about their 75% median and the student has that school as their top choice. I've avoided burnout by taking Sundays off. And I'm actually having fun studying.Bryzzo2016 wrote:Studying is all I'm currently doing as well, though I'm somewhat fearful that it may reflect poorly for admissions. Yes, all the LR packets. My brain is fried. AKA why I no longer post on TLS LOL. Now on to timed sections 50-78 and the 1-38 Cambridge LG packets I haven't done 3x over (90+ games).proteinshake wrote: all the LR packs?! I'm gonna take it reeeeal light on non-PT days. I literally just looked over some questions from PT 70, did 1 Misc game, and now I'm just doing some leisure reading.

Went -0 on the games from PT 72, about ten minutes to spare. (Obv a bit inflated because I saw them on the PT the other day) If only I could translate this into LG performance on a test.
