Insofar as it pertains to LSAT performance, of course.

gotta take that multi, plus of course omega-3s, potassium, and fish oil

I hear poorly sourced and formulated vitamins can actually be worse for your health than if you hadn't taken a multi at all! There's a section on nutrition in TLS1776's guide to a 180. He made what I thought was a good analogy between training and eating for a marathon vs. the LSAT.

A lot of chatter out there that the PALEO diet helps mental cognition more than any supplement. But I'll let Yall decide
Eta: meth tho is definitely 180

Probably true, but the gummy vitamins I use are so expensive and delicious I am going to close my eyes and assume everything is butterflies and rainbows

One of my good friends and fellow poasters (this is a callout) thinks im crazy when I say how much the way of eating helps mental focus. But it really does. All those good fats are where it's at. Bulletproof coffee?

Checking in during break from BP class.
Paleo is expensive. I eat shitload of rice, chicken, fish, spinach, sweet potatoes from Costco.

You guys, start drinking green tea! It has L-Theanine in it which is excellent for memory. I drink about 2 cups a day

I loveee Jasmine green tea but it screws around with my blood pressure. Def. down with the meth diet though, all about those gains.
ETA: I'm a hundred years old.

Eating def affects mental focus. The myelin sheaths of the brain (which cover the neurons) are made of fats, so eating good fats helps keep them protected. I don't do bulletproof coffee regularly, but I do add coconut oil to my green tea everyday. I also eat lots of avocados and fish.
You've got the science to back my anecdotes.
Also nlee I feel like your Costco reference is an egregious call out , or youve been stalking my facebook

y'all are all healthy and ugh I force myself to eat decently during the week so that Friday and Saturday I can eat cheeseburgers because I have minimal self-control like once the blood lust sets in, it's just all burgers all the time
