Depends on how fast you feel fatigue, I suppose. For the September take, I would sometimes do 2 LG sections back to back and thought it helped a bit.PrezRand wrote:Anyone think it would be a bad idea to do 3 sections of LG in 1 day? I'm redoing 7-28 and would like to devote more time in Jan to LR and RC before I begin timing myself in February?

I used it before and saw improvements but it just didn't translate well on the real exam. RC is just stupid for me lol, one step at a time with it though.dj9i27 wrote:lmk how you like it, I tried it temporarily but really liked the skimmed version of the trainer (I'm doing it legit this time, I know) but I have been curious about 7Sage's method.Mikey wrote:Decided to start the memory method for RC again soon, probably today or tomorrow. Even though I've used the method for a ton of passages before, I'm gonna be starting again from their basic method to the second stage one or whatever it is. Think it will help me a lot to do this and once I get better with RC I will PT more again since the two other sections are good with me already.

Re: The Official June 2017 Study Group
Hi all! I've been lurking for awhile. I was planning to test last year but never registered. I've been thinking about it for awhile so today I just did it. I worked through the lsat trainer last year, but I'll do it again now. My diagnostic then was a 154. I did one practice test after finishing the trainer and scored 157, with a 168 BR. It's been months since I've opened those books but I'm ready to start again. Otherwise I'll be always thinking "what-if". I've got some work to do, but I've got this!

yeah that could work. I'm planning on doing 1 or 2 passages per day for the next week and a half using the part 1 of the memory method. then do another 1-2/day for a week and a half or so with the second part of the method, then I'm gonna do a full RC section timed after that to see how it goes.dj9i27 wrote:RC is dumb. One thing that I am changing this go around is spend MUCH more time reviewing passages, I'm thinking do 1 RC section one day and breakdown everything over the next 2. It might work since I'm not starting from scratch.Mikey wrote:I used it before and saw improvements but it just didn't translate well on the real exam. Also, Feb. is a guinea pig test for me. If there is a weird game in Feb. then it is 50/50 for one in June, no weird game 100% one in June.

Re: The Official June 2017 Study Group
I have the PS Bibles and plan on going through each book by mid march. This will give me 12 weeks until the June LSAT. I'm thinking about starting 7sage around mid-march, finishing up right before the LSAT.
Does anyone have any thoughts on if this will be an effective way of studying, or will there be too many redundancies? My other thought is to get another set of books, such as Manhattan Prep, and finish those in the 12 weeks leading up to the LSAT.
I am taking PTs once a week, every week until June regardless of which direction I go. I would love to hear what you all think on these strategies. Thanks!

How is everyone's studying going? Trying to stay somewhat involved in case I need to jump back into this noise!

Hmm, I'm actually doing the opposite. Wrapping up 7sage by April, then PT and bibles through June. Now you got me wondering if I'm backwards, or if you are, lol.LawLivesMatter wrote:I have the PS Bibles and plan on going through each book by mid march. Just redid a game that I missed 0 on my first time and I missed like 3 for the game. I feel really stupid right now so I'll call it a night and review it in the morning

Woke up earlier than usual today. I normally wake up around 3 pm lmao. I'm gonna break up my studying into 3 sessions and get back into the gym. I've been too sluggish and need to start shredding. Hopefully it helps with my studies

Second Bulk 4 life; dieting for a week now, forgot to run the contrapositive back on an LG. Never would've happened if I had carbs in me. I miss holiday food.dj9i27 wrote:bulk 4 lyfePrezRand wrote:Woke up earlier than usual today. I normally wake up around 3 pm lmao. Cheese= Fats
Crust= Carbs
add them all together is mad fucking gains.
I'm going to miss pizza and fried chicken for the next 3 months; hello grilled chicken and broccoli
I was being sarcastic though Mikey mimicking those who are "Vegetarians" so they can lose wait and eat healthy, yet their diet consists of cheese pizza and filet o fish from McDonalds.

ok cooldj9i27 wrote: I mean, technically you could. You just need to find out how many calories you burn a day and the how many calories that is in pizza.
I'm having pizza as we speak (type??) and I will not be burning any calories today so there's that
