@nolenight, I hope I won't be seeing you in the June waiting thread. Have fun not trying to rip your hair out the next few weeks.

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread
How do you guys remember any of the logic game stems? After hearing from you guys I remembered the wednesday morning/afternoon one because it was the one that took the longest, but I only have a very vague recollection of cats/pets and zero recollection of the others. Am I the only one who doesn't think about the actual 'dilemma'?
I was moving fine until I hit the wed morning one- half way through it I realized it would take more time and I skipped to the last game. Ended up coming back and being able to finish it and have time to check most of my answers.
RC always scares me the most because it never has any correlation to how I think I did. I feel 'good' about this last one but I'm not prepared to say I aced it after seeing the 7 wrong I got in October '11.

Like seriously, what is the point of predicting a curve when we'll never, ever know? damn lsac and their mindgames.

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread
Most had 25-23-26-25-27 for LR-LG-LR-LR-RC so the 26 question LR section is the experimental one but myself and at least one other poster got 25-23-25-25-27 so we are unsure which one our experimental was. Very rarely (i.e. on my October test) is one of the last two sections the experimental, so the third LR section probably counts - sorry.sooperdooper wrote:@ beebela above
what do you mean about a different experimental logical reasoning question? can you tell me what are some have said regarding the possible ones?
my test was the LR.LG.LR.LR.RC
I was heavily distracted with the third LR section (right after the break).
but this section I remember had a question about bird beaks.

We should make the poll about something we'll actually be able to discover. Like what day someone in this thread breaks down and calls LSAC about their scores.lsacqueen wrote:Like seriously, what is the point of predicting a curve when we'll never, ever know? damn lsac and their mindgames.

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread
I wrote the exam and it was LR-LG-LR-LR-RC and all three LR sections had 25 questions. I actually took the time during the last section to look and see how many questions were in each because I was hoping the 2nd LR was the experimental but couldn't tell because they were all 25 questons.

Seconded. Hopefully that would mean 2 weeks of better sleep. Or maybe not depending on the score...noleknight16 wrote:I wish scores could come back in 1 week instead of 3.

Seriously they get the SAT's done in two weeks, and there are way more takers and a graded writing section. Three weeks is excessive.noleknight16 wrote:I wish scores could come back in 1 week instead of 3.

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread
I think they should give you one number of your score per week. Like this Friday we'd all get an email that says "1" and we could all bond over that

I had the same sequence 25,23,26,25,27!

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread
I'd like to think I usually have it together but I'm already checking this thread way too often to be healthy-- I can't imagine how I'll be come 3/5'ish. We'll probably all be driven to drop 50 bucks to get our results hand checked too since it's undisclosed.
If I were LSAC I'd put out a nice coffee table book with best of lsat written samples. internship ftw still.

Took the December 2010 test, which tied the longest wait in LSAT history.
Took the December 2011 test, which is now the longest wait in LSAT history.
Took the February 2012 test, ????????????????????
Let's hope the trend doesn't continue

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread
seriously. the waiting is the part that angers me the most. Don't they realize how this effects so many lives?noleknight16 wrote:I wish scores could come back in 1 week instead of 3.
This is one of the things i hate about the lsat not being computer-based. When i took the gmat i got my score right then and there on the screen. You leave the proctoring center with your score and don't have to do this annoying waiting game. No wonder lawyers drink so much. It's only been a couple of days and I'm already getting looks from cashiers on beer runs.
And what's up with them saying that on the date they are released they don't all go out at the same time? If they don't grade them by hand, then how hard is it to have the scanner that does grade them to send an email instantly? Or if the section that has a certain version of the exam all get graded and release the scores then?
Never thought I'd be praying for a 155,butttt..........
