At the gym. Cept that instead of expecting resolutioners, there's a bunch of regulars on a Friday night. Commitment right there.

I was surprised to see the gym pretty empty today, too. Saw a bunch of people running this morning though who looked like they were having a rough time...nlee10 wrote:At the gym. Cept that instead of expecting resolutioners, there's a bunch of regulars on a Friday night. Commitment right there.

Thanks for the motivation boost!
ETA-> Speaking of motivation, has anyone seen Inherent Vice yet? I'm going after I do a PT tomorrow as a reward. Love me some P.T. Anderson

Question for people who drill LR Cambridge packet more than once.
Typically after how long are you able to re-drill a specific type LR packet? that is, without clearly remembering from the past try.

Anyone think that reviewing old Logic Games are much useful? I feel like I cant help but remember the key inferences from most games but I'm trying to get my LG scores from -5/-6 to -0

Have you done every game? I don't think it would be a waste of time to do certain games again. It's good practice to review game fundamentals or to improve speed.PoopNpants wrote:Anyone think that reviewing old Logic Games are much useful? You absolutely should be redoing the games! I redid the same 50 game set twice, and after that not only am I missing almost 0-2, I'm also finishing with almost five full minutes left.
I learned very basic diagramming techniques first. Then I went through every game I got wrong, and corrected it right after watching the 7Sage youtube video for that game. Then two weeks later I did each of them again. And a couple weeks after that I did them a third time. Even if you know the answer, what is going to benefit you most is repeating the process of "
PROVING THE ANSWER." This works great if you have a few number of game sets to work with because by repeating the motions you're building that skill.
Repetition is the secret to LG mastery.

no resolutioner is going to include going to the gym so late part of that resolution... they would prob go at a more normal time :pnlee10 wrote:At the gym. Cept that instead of expecting resolutioners, there's a bunch of regulars on a Friday night. Commitment right there.

got through a couple MBT sets and a RC section last night... night too many questions though
I feel like doing a set and then review and then looking at the answers is seriously limiting the amount of work I can get done in the time I have between work and sleep... its depressing lol

lol, i had to block the site and go on my TLS hiatus because of that and "Choosing Law School" boards.peppermint wrote:Just lurked the LS acceptance/denials/waitlist forum. Wish I was applying this cycle
I'm almost thinking about sending some apps to the T14 schools that accept Feb scores to see if anyones bites, considering the applicant pool is drying up. But w/e, I'll knock the LSAT out first and go from there.

On break with PT 40. I can't wait to finish this test because I'm out of groceries and am in dire need of food.

Re: The Official February 2015 Study Group
December score releases scared me so much ahhh!! Sorry I'm late to the panic. I took 2 days off over New Years which was not planned so I spent 7 hours yesterday and will do about 5 today. Then hopefully I can get back to a normal study schedule.
Question..has anyone had any luck doing RC sections backwards? BP introduces it as a possibility saying it may help with fatigue and timing..I'll probably try it today on at least one timed section and see how it goes.

LOL. #twinning.peppermint wrote:On my PT break right now. I'm so hungry. Quick question: what do y'all normally eat during break? Since it's a month away from the exam, I figure I should start thinking about stuff like this.
ETA- nlee, get out of my head! We're both thinking about food, haha #stresseating
But I was thinking maybe like one of those cliff bars. It has enough sugar to fuel me for the last 2 sections.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
