Yes, taking suggestions on PT's that do not involve 62, mauve dinosaurs, zones, or mirrors.

I took PT 72 yesterday. I'm definitely revisiting it before test day. I started taking it timed and then the library closed on me. (That's right ppl, I'm shutting libraries down! ) RC is usually my best section, but I went -11 on it for this test. LG completed screwed me, especially the first game—which I feel is never a good sign. The only thing that went well was the first LR section after that it was downhill. A part of me feels ready for September and the other is just like wtf are you thinking you couldn't successfully do the most recently administered LSAT successfully. Hopefully, today with PT 70 will be a little bit of a confidence booster. PT 72 just has me feeling completely off. Here to 70!

Finished a 5-section PT66

171-
S1 (PT52 S3 LR2): -4 [Experimental]
S2 RC: -3
S3 LR1: -3
S4 LG: -1
S5 LR2: -2

This ties my worst PT scores (171 in PT56 and PT58 over a month ago).

Ughhhhh. I definitely should've just focused on drilling today. After two six-section PTs this weekend, I felt intellectually exhausted and I drifted passively through most of the test. I basically feel like shit about this entire test. I'm going to take a long break this afternoon and review this PT this evening. What a let-down.

Annnndddd, same score as yesterday. Warmed up with a brand new beautiful LG section, -0, then went -5 on my PT.

This is how I feel about PT 52:

Took PT 57 yesterday. I started the third game in section 1, read "seven toy dinosaurs" and thought...'Wait. Is this the infamous dino game?' Then I read "mauve"...and knew that it was :?. The rest of the test was down hill from there. Ended up with a 159

LG: -6
LR1: -8
LR2: -6
RC: -7

The frustration from the dino game distracted me during the next section, which in turn frustrated me during the next section. Looks like I need to work on recovering during a test.

Blind review showed how badly the domino effect influenced my judgement:

After BR: 177
LG: -0
LR1: -2
LR2: -2
RC: -0

...aaaaaaand back to work!

This doesn't really make sense. I'm asking how to prepare for it because I've clearly yet to write it (just read my post). I want to be prepared for harder LG's when I PT them, but don't want them to be spoiled. Thanks though, I know what you mean. I'll use these are reference when I've completed them for possible future LSAT.

It's very difficult to discuss without giving something away. For me it was tricky in part due to the large number of variables involved (there are two layers of variables, dinosaurs and the color of the dinosaur), and the sheer ridiculousness of the situation.

I just try to get through the simpler games as quickly as possible, so that if there is a complicated one I have enough time to work through it without feeling rushed.

And really the only way that I know of to prepare for the oddball games is to do them and not freak out about them.

Considering taking a second five-section PT in a few hours... Worst idea ever? My next PT will be Saturday, because work. :(

Is this some type of grouping game, or is it some really weird / rare type game? If its the latter, then never mind. I guess I sort of assumed that it was a grouping / linear game.

Appreciate the help!

It's really just an in/out game. The only thing weird about it is that there's an extra variable. Remember that game about the male/female greyhounds/Labradors? It's the same setup, but Dinos is even simpler. There's basically one tricky inference, and if you get it, the game cracks open.
