I def feel that. But you are mad genius

In my defense I did the section while laying on my stomach on my bed so I wasn't in the right Frame of mind *excuses excuses*

I haven't watched the 7Sage video on the bus game, but I went -0 and finished the section with around three minutes left. I did it three weeks ago, so I don't remember everything, but I used a two-level diagram.

_ _ _ _ (Passengers: G J R V)
_ _ _ _ (Stops: F L M S)
1 2 3 4

Here's how I diagramed the rules:

#1
_ _ _ _
L/ L/ _ _
1 2 3 4

#2

R
M or M > R

#3

V > J

#4

J
F or F>J ---> GS (G above S) or S > G

So for example:

#21

Here's the mini-diagram I wrote to the side to get me thinking.
_ _ _ _
F L _ _ means that #4 is evoked (GS (G above S) or S>G)
R
J

(A) can be eliminated because G must be at or after S, and S can only be 3 or 4 here.
(B) can be eliminated because R can't be first or second here (violates rule #2).
(C) can be eliminated because G must be at or after S, and S can only be 3 or 4 here.
(E) can be eliminated because R can't be first or second here (violates rule #2)

So by POE D must be the answer.

Sorry for the massive post and I'm not sure I actually answered anyone's question.

ETA: rereading the rules it looks like I missed a diagram on the last rule. It should include:

J>F ---> G>S

ETA2: Ugh phpBB screws up all the formatting.

Thanks BJS, my diagram to an extent was similar globally. But I see what you're saying want you did w the local rules in the questions. I think that's what I messed up the most.

I did that once when I was home sick. It was Superprep C and HOLY SHIT that was MAY? Where has the time gone?

Anyway lying in bed is not a great way to stay focused.
Which RC passages tripped you up the most on 55

LR 1 - -5
LG - -4
RC - -5
LR 2- -3

Overall: 84/101.
Score: 163

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get better? This is so disheartening, I've literally just been grounded in the low-mid 160's since mid July, with each of my PT's ranging from 161-165, usually getting a 163/164.
I think we've discussed before... I feel like the best use of your time is to focus on LG. Get LG down to no more than -1. Drill, drill, drill. It looks like you have the fundamentals down, so, I think with some dedication you can do this within a few days. So, that's +3, let's say, putting you at a 87/101, about a 166...

Then definitely LR, because it is half of the test. Is there a type of question you a getting wrong more frequently? There must be some pattern there, whether it is with question type or the way that you approach it, even it's location within the section. You may not see it, but it has to be there.

I think that both of us are just going to have to hone in on our exact weaknesses, and drill, drill, drill, just be super focused if we want to make the September test date. I'm at least 5 points short of my target score, so it isn't looking so great for me either!

PT 55
LR1: -3
LR Experimental.: -3
RC: -6 WTFFDUIHRHRB. This is my best section. I am so angry at myself. I ran out of time, but it doesn't matter. I am soooo mad. I want to light a bonfire, throw this stupid facking test into it, then drink whiskey until it's dark while having someone Marlboro cowboy play the harmonica blues on a log next to me. Crackle, crackle, cicada, sadness.
LR2: -3
LG: -2

I've been consistently at -2 for each section, so, this is definitely a step backward. I'm going to have to double my studying.
What did you think of games on pt55. I just drilled the section and thot the last one was pretty tough, I went -2 also. I go -0 95% of the time when drilling lg sections?

Edit: or anyone else who wants to chime in about lg on pt 55
I skipped the final question on that, since I did my games out of order and needed to leave enough time for the Mercocock study that preceded it. I got one wrong on that game, too. :/

But, I did find it pretty tough, because you had to balance so much information in your head. Like, "Okay, Jasmine is off the bus, which leaves Greg and Rosa, blahblah.

How did you diagram? I considered briefly doing a kind of grid where I'd have a space for each person still on the bus, but then I just defaulting to a 1:1, with one space for the person who got off at each stop. I'm not sure that even makes any sense, put into words.

I wasn't going to bother reviewing LG, but it's clear to me now that I really should look that game up on 7Sage and Odyssey. Thank you for mentioning!

(Edited to remove unnecessary quotes.)
Yea I tried to diagram it with a double layer sequencing type thing and it just wasn't doing me any good. I ended up basically brute forcing it and holding a lot of info in my head. I missed the second one on that game. I also missed one on the sequencing game before it bc I said both R and T can't be 4th and not just T due to reading my diagram wrong.

Def look & 7sage bc he'll make u feel lie an idiot for not finishing the game in like 5 minutes. He does say it's one of the hardest LSAT games tho.

Which RC did you have the most trouble with. I just did the Kingston and economics passages after seeing you guys talk about them. I missed the weakening one on the Kingston passage. Haven't tried the first two yet.

And yes I split PT 55 all up for drilling. 57-72 are my true pt tests due to time constraints
Yeah, I felt this massive relief when he said that it was one of the hardest games.

For those two RC, I think it is just that I ran out of time - JP called 5 minutes when I was on the last Kingston question, so I had less than 5 minutes for the economics passage. I got that last Kingston question wrong, and 2 wrong on the Economics. I am almost positive I would've had all three correct if not for the time issue.

However, I had 2 or 3 wrong on the science passage about the stupid overgrown weeds, and I struggled the most with that one, for sure.

family bbq today really ate into my study time. wanted to put in 4 hours when I got back but felt too tired. Went for an hour of simple games instead just to keep my head in the right space. Hitting in/out games, method/flawed method of reasoning, and Parallel/Parallel Flaw tomorrow.

I love this (though Amar from PT57 might object and claim that intimacy is not possible without direct personal contact). :D

Yes. I always want to review right away and instead throw my paper at the wall and eat ice cream
