I'm postponing until December. I want to be 100% confident I won't score below a 170, because I am not taking this fucker again. My work schedule has been crazy so I haven't been able to prep/PT as much as I'd like to be able to since I'm working 50-60 hour weeks. Still having minor trouble with games, usually the really high end, unusual ones or due to stupid mistakes. Time to keep drilling.

Are you going to wait untill next cycle then?

What do you guys think of doing an untimed PT almost daily through August?
I'm not afraid of burn out since I won't be in school and I only work part time. These will also be untimed, and so I won't be too stressed out.
It'd be a solid 3-4 hours of studying/review.

my 2 cents:

I don't recommend this. You need to be used to the pace of timed exams. The only thing i'd do untimed is the SOS method (after doing a section timed, do it untimed without checking the answers).

I really want to get in as many PTs as possible. - should I do them timed then? Timing I don't have a problem with; accuracy - yes.
Ugh I need a new plan.

Concentrate on quality and not quantity. You can take all PTs ever published and still get a sucky score. Yes, do them timed. Accuracy should come after drilling timed sections. After drilling, go into PT mode (5 section tests).

Maybe, but I'm gonna throw apps in anyway. Hoping less applications gives me a better shot, plus higher scores are always in demand. We'll see, sucks I can't ED though.

For me Columbia and NYU are my favorites if I had to pick one over the other I'd pick Columbia just because I like that part of NYC better. I'm applying to 18 schools, on some level I'm OK with going to all of them...even though my life as far as getting a job goes would be easier at some than at others but I feel like I could make them all work.

Speaking of schools, does anyone know when LSN's will change their application cycle to 2012-2013 or when more threads about people applying this cycle will start showing up? I know I'm getting ahead of myself since obviously I have to retake everything again but I'm just excited to apply places and hear back...or maybe I'm just ready to come home and not break out LSAT books.

FYI, my RC performance is improving. "VAMPS" was exactly what I needed to stay focused. I felt so simple for needing such a basic thing like that to keep me on track, but hey, its working!

When I was having trouble with RC a friend told me to repeat "VAMPS" before each section as an acronym for Viewpoints, Authors tone, Main Points (for each paragraph) and Summary.

Again, I may be simple for needing it, lol, but my RC game is on the rise.
