Re: The Official September 2014 Study Group
Ugh, I am sick sooooo often. Usually not a month goes by between September to May before I'm ill again. I usually do echinacea when I start to feel symptoms, but I really should start drinking ginger tea every night now. Can you imagine taking the LSAT with a cold? Can you just imagine? Horrible.hillz wrote:It's probably (most likely) total horse shit, but I'm taking these wellness pills until the test because I'm really scared of getting sick before it. I don't get sick frequently, but when I do, it's like 3-4 weeks of death so I'm not risking it. http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-W ... B000GFSVI2

At this pace this topic will def. hit 180 pages before test day. I take that to be a good omen.

At 180 pages it's time to lock the thing and start the waiters thread, no matter how far out from test day we aresmccgrey wrote:If it is exactly at 180, that would be awesome.hereisonehand wrote:At this pace this topic will def. hit 180 pages before test day. I take that to be a good omen.

Don't say it! You should add something special to your usual dietary regimen this month. Placebo effect will probably last the four weeks!smccgrey wrote:I just KNOW this is going to happen to me. I was just going to tell you to take ginseng, and then I looked up ColdFX and that's exactly what it is! I have a really horrible immune system, and I've had the most luck with herbal remedies. Oh, and have you ever tried those chewable Vitamin C tablets? They taste like orange candy, so addictive. I leave a bottle on my desk at work and eat a few each morning.smccgrey wrote:I just thought that! Maybe ColdFX? I've actually heard good things.sfoglia wrote: Don't say it! Sorry for the late reply and the fact that I fail at quoting from my phone, but synchro is amazing. It was a big thing in the dec 2013 thread and it's helped me so much. It improved my focus and energy when I take a PT. There was even a TLS discount code at one point.
Sorry if this sounds like an ad, I'm exhausted and can't type coherently

imo what you experience is almost all placebo, nothing that can't be replicated with normal food and caffeine.NotASpecialSnowflake wrote: but synchro is amazing. It was a big thing in the dec 2013 thread and it's helped me so much. It improved my focus and energy when I take a PT.

Re: The Official September 2014 Study Group
I'm feeling sick already - throat feels rough and I have a little bit of congestion. Been sleeping a ton, drinking a lot of water/OJ, and taking Vitamin C pills. Any other suggestions? If I get full-blown sick this week, I'm sure I'll be well by test day, but I don't want to risk it and I don't want to interrupt my testing schedule.

Profiteroles >>
Lol at the Synchro ingredient list: "Synchro Protein Blend, Turmeric Root Extract, Antioxidant Blend... Love + Passion." Berkeley hippies.
Still, I'll pick some up this weekend and see how it compares to my usual diet of coffee and lo-carb Monster.

Those were my thots re synchro. It literally looks like nothing so I'm kind of baffled that ppl would say it's so good.
You hit up the lo carb monster? I usually go sugar free. They're different right?
