This is why GRE/GMAT/the like use the beauty of technology to score these things. This is freaking ridiculous.

what does "greyed out" mean - when I login to lsac it doesn't look any different from any other time I've logged in since the test.

Look at the LSAT Documents in the LSAT status section. When you register the icons are green, look at the legend.
