If I don't get H, I am staying in NY and will most likely end up at NYU/Columbia or Cornell. Cornell is my top choice though, because I find the city a bit distracting. And Ithaca is one of my favorite places being an upstate New Yorker.

Go to Ithaca Brewery if you haven't been there yet. Food is pretty good. They make a really mean moscow mule.

I've been doing some games online as a break (http://www.puzzle-shikaku.com/)... shikaku is way too easy though... definitely can help with placement in LG though.

Dude!! I love Ithaca Brewery. Their burgers are so amazing! I used to go a bunch when I lived closer, but it has been a while now. I can really see myself being happy at Cornell tbh.

I love NYC and would love to work+live there eventually, but I think the excitement of the city could potentially distract me. I'm pretty good at buckling down so it certainly wouldn't be this untenable idea for me to attend NYU/Columbia. However, I have a feeling Cornell will give me more $$$. And in that case, I will see ya'll in Ithaca. So amazingly beautiful and serene in the fall... Cornell's campus just has that classic "law school" look I enjoy.

At the end of the day, though, I am all about H! Don't even want Y

Hey...stop with that slanderous garbage... the weather is only like terrible later October through early March...that gives you all of September, part of October, part of March, all of April and part of uh May? ... so like... you get a solid 3 and two halves of a month of nice weather!

How long does it usually take for LSAC to calculate your LSAC GPA and do they inform you of when it is done?

Haha! You're right, some winters are pretty bad, lmao. I was living near Ithaca in 2011-2012 and those winters were brutal. It snowed everyday from December-February, and into the first half of March. However, the past couple years have been pretty mild. I visited Ithaca around Thanksgiving of last year and it was mild as can be. No snow and it wasn't cold at all.

One of the things I like about Cornell is that in a quiet town, perhaps covered in snow most of the school year, I will be more apt to study without distraction.

cold and snowy is actually my preferred study weather so you have a good point here! plus the architecture of Cornell just feels so studious.

Yeah... doing it, I think I sort of just guessed while doing it slash based my guess on any as I circled that apparently haha. I'll try my best... I'm going to actually submit a ticket on this...
[+] Spoiler
So it's a sufficient assumption question...

Conclusion is that If S could have reasonably expected that the column would lead people to damage M's farm, S should pay for this damage.

(B) is an IR of what we would want.
(C) is out of scope... we're concerned with M & S.
(E) I feel like this could maybe be a 2N... perhaps believe wouldn't be strong enough for a 2N...

(D)&(A) are the two choices of interest...

I'm actually going to submit a ticket on this, but I'm just going to go with my gut that reasonably expecting something is not the same as knowing that it could happen. We know a meteor could hit the earth, but we don't reasonably expect it to happen. I think this is why (D) is wrong.
Edit: Whoever said the comment about people at libraries, you are absolutely right. There's some annoying guy here who was reading the paper but 'sensibly chuckling' at an inordinately loud volume. Now, he is talking to the circulation desk in the loudest attempt at a hushed voice I have ever heard. It's incredulous.

Even worse is when everyone is on their laptops in the "quiet areas" and all you hear is the click, click, click of them typing away. I went so far as to book a private study room at my local library days in advance and the AC was at the same decibel level as a jet engine prior to takeoff. Ridiculous.

Yeah - if there's more noise I'm going to just move. It's really ridiculous...even the people who work in the library are obnoxiously loud.

If and only if the cause of her hitting the floor was the Reebok's with the straps.
