Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
Could someone help with LR 71.1.7? I understood the MC to be 'Gillette's argument is not persuasive' and agree with the first part of AC (e) but why is the second part (the premises) included in the AC?

So harder test is better? Lol I understand the curve just would want a relatively easy test with a respectable curve. (Ie. -10) So you all would prefer super hard games and passages with a -15 curve?amtaDA916 wrote:I legit had a dream the other night that my raw was 92 and I got a 162.Mint-Berry_Crunch wrote:Not down for -6 curveGreekOmega12 wrote:What if we get the easiest test in the history of the LSAT?

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
Haven't checked in in a while after crawling into a hole after my 163 and someone I looked up to told me I was being stupid for retaking even though my practice tests were in the high 160's consistently. I'm feeling pretty good this time around. PT's from the mid 60's I never got to I got 172-174 and that 3+ points higher than before October on still new tests. Confidence is building and I'm hoping it is for you guys too moving into Saturday! Hoping I get to use that UVA fee waiver realistically after all.
I only reviewed 1 section from 76 after taking and bombing LR in October where I got slammed by LR. Bought the cambridge by type book for PT's 20-44, answered and BR'd the entire thing in 3 days.
Only got 1 question wrong on a section i got -6 on from the real deal, and it wasn't even one I got wrong the first time but still a question in the late 20's. Very happy with this and it's actually giving me some confidence moving into Saturday. Glad I didn't review so it's basically a fresh test (except for LG) since I can't be biased without knowing what I got wrong. Also bought 75 as my last minute study for Thursday. Only thing I'm worrying about now is a really bad game or RC which in the moment always feels harder than it is. Doing 1 more section then got work (ugh, night shift), 2 more tomorrow, a test on thursday, and just gonna chill in the hotel with my LR by type to do some games Friday. All about just trying to hit the 170 club after scoring as low as a 151 out the gate.

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
you're right in that it doesn't have to include the second part. it's included and i don't like it that way, but i think it's just lsat's way of making a right answer look like a distractor.a_parm wrote:Could someone help with LR 71.1.7? Mission accomplished. I spent some time, left it blank, but had no spare time at the end of the section. I thought it was trick AC since it ALSO contains the premise.appind wrote:you're right in that it doesn't have to include the second part. it's included and i don't like it that way, but i think it's just lsat's way of making a right answer look like a distractor.a_parm wrote:Could someone help with LR 71.1.7?
