21 years old K-JD here.
Would probably retake with anything less than a 173, being young and naive

Woke up feeling really nervous. :/ I'm worried.
At least my academic LOR is finally submitted! Only one to go.

Re: The Official October 2015 Study Group
22 for the age question - just graduated in August during summer session and start my full-time spot this Thursday (same place I did 3 internships though, so I'm lucky it's not a big stressor right before the LSAT haha).
Taking PT 74 today, my last fresh one in the 70s (clearly I'm not planning on re-taking - haven't save any fresh PTs).
Edit: I should add that I was never set on Law School, I had only 3 classes to take this summer and was curious about the LSAT so I decided to take it just in case I ever want to do law (currently working on CPA). Through all the research though I got really intrigued and am now considering applying to T-14s as well as U of Toronto up here in Canada for the upcoming session - it'll all depend on score though

This happened to me because I thought I was smarter than I am and 3 months of studying is definitely not enough. I deserve it haha.
I'm 26, came back to school for 3 semesters after a 4 year enlistment. Taking a full course load over the summer really damaged my ability to prep. I'm just now drilling on a regular basis and seeing improvement. It definitely makes me wish I'd been more diligent with my prep, I'd probably be in the high 160s/low170s by now.

I'm 26 too, working full time and also working on my MPA. So that's cut into my prep time significantly (and also is why I haven't posted on TLS in ages). I think I'm going to retake in December. I know I can get to the high 160s by then.gunton224 wrote: +1

It's actually supposed to be a lot more competitive at lower tier schools. But I know what you mean. It's a complete generalization and I acknowledge that, but I think I'd hate everyone at HY.chalky wrote:Realistically, there's probably so many gunners and curvebreakers there it would be miserable, I'd prob have to study 18 hours a day just to finish in the top half of the class.mornincounselor wrote:Then what's the point of studying at all?chalky wrote:Here's a fun hypothetical: even if you scored 180 and got your pick of HYS, would you go? I stopped after postponing December. I still feel like I can't do much more though. Ive studied off and on for like 3 years now.nlee10 wrote:I don't think I can handle much more LSAT...took feb and then June consecutively.mist4bison wrote:I go back and forth; I want today to be Saturday, but also wish I had another month or two.nlee10 wrote:Woke up wishing it was saturdsy

Yikes don't think I could ever do that. I chose to study for 1.5 years straight rather than on/off for 3-4 years that I see relatively common.mist4bison wrote: I stopped after postponing December. I still feel like I can't do much more though. Ive studied off and on for like 3 years now.
