You have to request to have your app held for a retake

I got a 164. After averaging around 168/169 on my PT's, I'm a little disappointed, especially since I did uncharacteriscially bad on LG. Went ahead and registered for September, and I just ordered the Trainer and PTs 62-71. Going on vacation on Saturday, I'll hit the ground running when I get back.

Wait can law schools see if you're registered for a future LSAT? And if so would my app go complete still with the pending registration? Depends on the school. Some will pause your app if they see you registered for a retakechargers21 wrote:You have to request to have your app held for a retake
I know Northwestern does

I got confirmation from UChicago that school's cannot see whether you are signed up for a retake unless you indicate it on your app. Many will not wait for this new score unless you specify it. Some will wait regardless of whether you tell them not to (Vandy for me)carsondalywashere wrote:Depends on the school. Do their servers not have the capacity to release all the scores at once? This staggered release thing is some bullshit.

I'm not going to argue you with on this, but I was told the exact opposite by NU and Michiganchargers21 wrote:I got confirmation from UChicago that school's cannot see whether you are signed up for a retake unless you indicate it on your app. Many will not wait for this new score unless you specify it.
