Foolproof and drill. It is not always about making inferences but some games are also rule driven. Drilling helps with familiarity with the material and getting the games in under a certain time limit.
Makes sense. Ill just keep crushing the drilling. I have noticed improvement. Just wanted to see if there were any other tips

Also, how many PTs have folks taken and are planning to take? I want to work my way up through all the ones I can purchase easily on Amazon before the test (not counting 40 to 51). Good idea or nah?
Nice! :D

I have taken four of the 50s and up so far. I intend to take all of the 50s+ and will (I think already have) broken into all of the earlier ones for drilling and such.
Awesome! Any idea what your schedule will look like for those tests?

General question for folks: Are 3 PTs a week too much? 4?
That's an ahh really good question. I'm pretty sure I worked this out once - I think I had been planning on doing 2 PTs a week for Aug and September and possibly July. Currently working full-time so I'm having difficulty doing more than 1 PT a week, and I've had to skip a week here and there, but I definitely need to increase that. I'm planning on varying 50s, 60s, and 70s, rather than doing them chronologically, so I'll have time to heavily drill some of the more recent ones.

I don't think so, if that works for you. I think it's a matter of finding out what balance of drilling to PTs is the most constructive use of your time. 4 PTs a week would probably be a lot for most people, especially for an extended period of time, but, again, it depends on you and if you find full PTs to be the most effective method of mastering the material and increasing your score.

I also had this happen to me and I started to just move on. I felt like I could maximise my time better, plus you can always come back to the video if you find that you didn't quite get something the first time

i am of the camp that anything more than 1 pt a week is too much. but it's mainly because i've run out of material.

even then i think if you're doing more than 2 "fresh" pts a week you're burning valuable tests.

RC was especially tough this time around, questions 26 and 27 were absurd. After going over my wrong answers, and reading the Manhattan explanations, I still don't get why a couple of them are wrong. Not sure how to change that...
interesting. pt-33 rc is coming up for me soon.

but the newer rc is more tough than anything you'll see in pre-60s pts.

haha I know it's so hard to live life without prep..

How about:

1) Spend time with your SO or friends
2) Go see a movie
3) Binge watch a tv show you need to catch up on
4) Have dinner with friends
5) Go to a concert (one of my fave singers is coming a week before the LSAT :/)
6) I have no idea

I think my concern is that test day will come and I won't have broken into all of the newer material, and will be disadvantaged.

But obviously, I'm not at all close to running out of material at this point.

I think if your not working full time, then 2-3 a week with blind review the next day is good.

thanks! even after doing this, do you feel you have a strong foundation of the question type and do well on it after skipping the question? I felt the same way, that I'm wasting precious time that could be utilized elsewhere.

rIGHT fuck those doctors and their fucking clinics omg.
it's not even that hard really, conceptually, it's just annoying as all hell.

One thing that helped a bit for me is to treat one clinic as "in" and one as "out" (if you can manage it without getting completely mixed up)

srsly, if a student does this, it's like a death sentence in academia. Yet a firstlady nominee can do so in front of millions and be cool with it.

It looks like hours before the real speech, Melania trump tells matt Lauer "I wrote the speech myself with little help". there goes the alibi that someone else plagiarized.
wow, this family trumps their own in being outlandish.

annnd Sean Spicer comes out as a brony.

idk how verified this article is but apparently it was Melania herself? which kinda makes sense because I mean it would be a pretty astounding negligence for a team of professional speech writers. but the way the campaign dealing with it is just .. ouch ouch.

Omg yes! I shudder to think what my professors would have done had I cited My Little Pony after explicitly and obviously plagiarizing someone of prominent stature. LMAO. Seriously, this ticket is beyond insane.

In the snapchat compiliation of the RNC, there was a movement of Republicans that were trying to recall Trump as a candidate and they were chanting against him, while his supporters were chanting for him. Plus, SO many Republicans didn't show up including the entire Bush family.

But still, even in the case that what she is claiming is in fact true, wouldn't the campaign want to stall her going on to at least know what she was going to say? I have NEVER heard of a political candidate/affiliate whose speech was not carefully prepared, vetted, and fact-checked.

Sheer insanity I tell you.
