It doesnt matter if your BR score is lower, because if if it is, then clearly luck played a factor. You really dont want to leave it to luck. If you are talking yourself out of the right answer, you need to figure out why. You need to completely understand why each answer choice is right or wrong.
This is for review - sure your first instinct is important while taking the test, but in review you have to go through each question and understand it - it doesnt matter what your hunch is or whatever. Yes, you talked yourself out of the right answer, but THIS IS REVIEW, so what does it matter. Try and understand why you talked yourself out of it, and why it was a bad move to do so.
I say do the same process as suggested in BR - give yourself as much time as you need and try and figure out the right answer. After scoring, then look at outside explanations if necessary. Figure out what makes ones the correct answer choice, and the others incorrect. Then internalize that explanation, so you dont make it again.
Also, if there is a question you dont feel the Manhattan Forums give you an adequate explanation or something is confusing, post the test#/question# here and we can try and help.
