I hate retaking tests; I feel like it's not an accurate gauge. What do you guys think?
I find that I remember enough to impair the accuracy of the score - whether because I remember enough inferences and answers to do better or I misremember and get things wrong. I get so frustrated when the latter happens.

or anyone with a less than impressive GPA

I could be paying $2,000 a year for LS. BUT NO. MEDIAN GPA 4.0.

FWIW, the level of French required for McGill is lowwww.
how is a median gpa of 4.0 even possible? is the canadian grading scale diff?

Many universities have different scales that they use for grading their students, that's why the OLSAS (law school gpa conversion table for canadian students) has like 10 different ways to convert your score. Like i think McMaster is on a 12 point scale, York on a 9 point scale, and so on and so forth lol. We're weird and overcomplicate things

Hi. This thread is great. Terrific, even.

Does anyone have friends/roommates who refuse to accept you are in PRIME STUDY MODE and that you cannot accept offers to hang out at the drop of a hat/meet for dinner whenever/go shopping when you're halfway though a practice test/watch LOST for hours because... YOU'RE STUDYING?!?

I have said no 1,000 times so when I say "I'm studying till 9:30 tonight" I MEAN IT. NO I CAN'T MEET YOU FOR DINNER AT 7! AND DON'T GET MAD AT ME!

Just needed to vent a little. All of you taking 65 Saturday, good luck. I'm taking 58 and 64 this weekend. Yay.

Im only getting to like #18 on every section but games and on games im only answering like 12. My accuracy is pretty decent but my speed is HORRENDOUS! Any tips? am I completely screwed for september? thanks in advance
