As I was corrected earlier on, it stands for "pic whore." It's just someone who posts pics of his or herself, esp. a lot.

I should probably do that at some point, but I'm so self conscious about my PS.

Dude, I'm with you. I've typed and deleted that offer without posting no less than 5 times the past day and a half.Instrumental wrote:I should probably do that at some point, but I'm so self conscious about my PS.

Part of me pipes up with that shit every once in a while, but I quash it by reminding myself that when I dont get a 175+ on Greyday I will just have to buckle down again for the February exam in the hopes to at least get some scholarship leverage.

I'd be fine with my pt avg. more than a couple points off it and I will strongly consider going again.

And since I can't (shouldn't) be studying I'm binge watching true detective.
Still want season 2 to be as good as one but I know it's going to disappoint. Can't figure out what happened there.

I am bingeing too, enjoying my free 30-day trial of HBO on Amazon. Working my way thru Veep then probably on to GOT

Hello fearless December Waiters nee Takers,
Sure,we may not have whimsical polls to breathe periodic life into this thread. But, we can all take slight solace in the fact that we are, today, 1/3 of the way toward your grey day average of 24 days post-test.

Definitely not getting my hopes up about a pre-new year's grey day. I'm counting on still having 24 days remaining.

Yeah after the September fiasco I'm not expecting the day until the actual release date.

I saw Uchicago's like "best PS's list" and they're all super pretentious and stuff, so that's what I wrote. I don't know, I think all they want to know is that you're not a trash writer.

Don't do it! I have no clue how they made one of the greatest shows on tv then turned it in to something completely unwatchable.Lahtso Nuggin wrote:And since I can't (shouldn't) be studying I'm binge watching true detective.

While you're on that free trial, check out Silicon Valley too. TJ Miller is incredible in that, and SV and Veep are hands down the greatest comedy shows ever because the plot is actually really good (shout out Archer at #3).BobBoblaw wrote:I am bingeing too, enjoying my free 30-day trial of HBO on Amazon. "Never do anything out of hunger, even eating."
When Vince Vaughn says this it reminded me of one of my kids using "logic" to argue with me rather than a scary tough guy he was supposed to be playing. So sad.
I haven't done any research but the same group of people can't be responsible for both seasons of true detective. Can't be.
If there is a more egregious example of a sequel being worse than the first one I can't think of it.
Hopefully no ones second lsat will be a contender.

Last time I took the December test (2014) I got my score on New Year's Day. Really hoping LSAC doesn't pull a move like that again. That was so evil.

That would be nice. After the September fiasco, I'm convinced that we'll get it on the 3rd or 4th.Hobbesy wrote:Last time I took the December test (2014) I got my score on New Year's Day. Really hoping LSAC doesn't pull a move like that again. That was so evil.

What day we'll get results back sure would make a nice poll!

Statistically, it is more likely that we get our scores 7-13 days early, than that they come in on the 3rd or 4th.
I mean, granted, hope for the best and prepare for the worst, but the bulk of the bell curve by far for score releases is around 3-5 days early.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
