Why is almost everyone so excited about the Labor Day? Don't some of you have classes?

...you can't be American.

I'm just saying…most colleges due to have classes, so you really don't have a day off even if you don't work.

The closer it comes to the date of doom, the more inclined to write during the december sitting i get. Then i look over to the december lsat thread, see how bland it is compared to here and immediately reconsider

no offense to those in the december group, or anyone here that is also a member there

Does anyone know of a good resource for RC explanations? I mean, does this exist?

I just got one wrong in blind review (PT65, Q13), and I (obviously) don't understand why.

Have you looked at Manhattan LSAT forums? Those can be hit or miss for me, as some people do a good job with explanations and some don't really make sense to me, but...it's worth a look.

idk i didnt get labor day off in college, and i went to a work college. we only had two breaks during the semester (a week long break in between two 8 week terms).

Tip-toe'ing the outing line

i guess if someone wants to look up all the work colleges still in america, then look up the academic calendars, and assuming no two work colleges have the same academic calendar, they could find which college i went to

It was PT65, passage 2, question 13. I chose D because I thought the problem of distinguishing essential from non-essential items became, at least, more difficult over time for archivists due to the sheer increase in volume of information. I see now that D is (sort of) contradicted by the passage in lines 45-48, where it says that popularity was a factor in deciding whether works were preserved, so it was an issue.

I eliminated E, the correct answer, because I decided that it was out of scope. I still think it's out of scope, but I guess this is an inference question, so anything goes?

As always, thanks LLH. Really don't know how some of you guys with full-time jobs, families, and all the other miscellaneous stuff do it. I have a little over a part-time job and a little overwhelming SO, so when i have a day where I just don't study i feel like all my gains go down the drain. However, I will persevere for the time being.

Also, I am Canadian, but i'm also running on two hours of sleep so It could be a mix of a cultural choice of phrasing, and a brain-dead choice of wording
