thanks Miracle! I actually found the same thing but as you can see it has Harvard as not accepting feb when they are in fact taking it this year. I'm not applying in Feb already applied to my schools I'm mid cycle looking at Feb for my 3rd retake to get some more scholarship $$$.

They announced it on their blog. Not sure why they haven't updated the website though; that is strange.

thanks to all who suggested 7sage. Been cruising through the content and it is really enjoyable (for studying that is). The other programs would be too hard to use after the long days at work. At least JY is entertaining!!

This topic goes out to all the Feb test takers, especially those finishing up UG. If you fail to reach your February LSAT goal and still intend to go to law school, then what are your plans for the gap year?

Personally, as long as I'm not living at my parents house, I could care less. I'm thinking of leaving the country for some type of service. I want to avoid the eastern world, though, because I think a visit to china has a high probability of incarceration, due to overindulgence in prostitutes and Saki.

Took PT 51 about 10 days ago - 168, -5 LR, -6 RC and -3 LG, 86 raw. Took 38 minute sections. RC felt good (but obviously needs to improve), I'm satisfied with the LR performance, and I made some stupid mistakes on LG.

I've really been slacking the past week or so. I went home to my parents house and set out a very light study schedule - I didn't even end up opening anything LSAT related. Anyway, I'll be back at it tomorrow with some LR and RC drilling and the usual 3LG per day. Set to take PT 52, 54 and 55 this week, but might move 55 and drill instead. Hope to report back some 17X's!!

Timing is okay (still need to work on it) but I always miss the hardest LR questions or have some careless mistakes.

What's your advice on breaking that score ceiling?

Where's everyone at with the LG? I'm still needing 40 mins to go (-0) - (-3).

Hoping 5 5/7 a week will be enough to shave off 5 minutes while still doing well enough. (Any chance we can get an hourly countdown to the 8th? ...or never mind, forget that.)

This, absolutely -- especially wrt the timing advice. It seems that for most people, the second most significant jump in scoring (the first being locking down your LG skills) comes from being able to accurately race through the first 15 LR Q's. LR has been my last major stumbling block, but in using this advice, I went from -3 to -4 per section to -0 to -1.

Try this. Perhaps practice the method on some early LR sections to see if it's right for you -- but for me, having plenty of time (20 to 21 minutes) for the last 11 or 12 questions was a complete game changer.

Try to get the first 15 questions done very quickly so you have a lot of time for the last ones.

I'm also going to support this. I started off with the first 10 in 10 as my goal. From there I went on to 15 in 15. Generally, I'll complete the first 10 in under 10, giving me a little extra time on 11-15. I went from -4 per section to -1 or 2 rather quickly just by keeping that pace up (I'm talking in the span of a couple weeks). The benefit of of having the extra time for 16-2x cannot be understated.

Yep - already sent two out. I will have all mine done prior to taking the test; however, I also already have a score. I'm not shooting for T14, tho.

Def screwed up my 2nd LR. Felt off on it whereas my first LR was decent.

Shooting for 167 high with a near perfect GPA. 170 is a dream in itself. So theres that.

Gunna be drilling some individual sections today for the hell of it. Need to . Merry New Years.

I agree that splitting game boards is somewhat of a confusing tactic. I think this is true in particular because it's often difficult to tell when it would be appropriate, and when it might be. HUGE unnecessary time sink.

I've personally found that it is only useful (again, for me -- others may totally disagree) if the split goes no more than 4 ways. Anything past 4, and I feel it's better to be more rules-focused than board-focused.

I also find that if I have more than 4 boards, it can be easy to miss things.
