Is the Manhattan Lsat RC really superior to the Powerscore Rc Book? I already own the PS Rc I was saving it for later in prep but everyone on tls on seems to love Manhattan so i am regretting my buy. Why is it better and should i make the switch?

I didn't like powerscores. I would recommend The LSAT Trainer over PS by a long shot. I think The Trainer and MH might be worth using in combination though. Both have been useful

Before spending more money, I'd suggest checking out your university library, or even local libraries. There tends to be a decent amount of standardised test material.

Sucks to have to spend the money but it's worth it imo - You're potentially saving yourself thousands down the line. I second DJ's recs (I used PS LG, MH LR, and the Trainer). Buying used if you can is a great plan.

UG debt is a big deal but 10k isn't that much. For me, the fact that you can study what you want at UCLA but are stuck with something you're meh about / have to double major at Berk seems like a major plus for UCLA - what you study and how much you like it will influence the rest of your life.
Have you visited? How much you like the campus, student body, and surrounding community / city is a huge factor imo.

Also try to find info on grade deflation and whether they give A+s. if one does and the other doesn't go with A+s and minimal grade deflation

Also don't worry about this now but don't go KJD. I was considering it and ran the numbers - you have significantly better chances of getting the best outcomes if you take just a year off, not even taking into account the other reasons why a year off is a good plan.

PS LG, Manhattan LR + RC, and the Trainer have been ordered from Amazon. PT books will come shortly after that.
