I'm about to go on lunch break, you guys need to post more so I can be entertained, instead of counting the minutes until score release.

I think it would be awesome to work in NYC or live close but I don't want to live in a shoebox where I share a bathroom with a bunch of people on a hallway

Why just settle for 1 penthouse suite? I'm gonna have like 8 penthouses in all different countries so I have places to stay when I'm an international lawyer and making bank.

Can you take out enough in student loans to be able to afford a down payment on a place like those?

I really want my room and board expenses to be going toward outright ownership so I'm not just throwing away rent money. Especially since I plan on living and working in NYC.

weak dude, you can catch me here
How much do I need to make a year for one of these?
less of an income requirement, more of a net worth requirement hth
I think the top prices for 432 were around 90 million and the cheapest one is around 20 million.
