Well...sad to report I still did not understand PT 75's LG a second time through and actually scored LOWER today. Did a few points better in LR and RC so overall improved by a couple points.

Second listening to the 7sage guy. You can watch the Youtube video or use a 7sage app.

No one has lost the skills you have been spending months attaining. The only difference between now and then is the pressure you guys are feeling. Don't let it get to you, confidence and a level head is needed as much as all the drilling you've been doing. So chill, maybe take a day off. You've spent months on this, you guys got this.
I think I need to do this, but then I'm worried about losing a day. Hoping last night off and next Friday will be sufficient.

I tried meditating after my mini-mental breakdown after PT 74 yesterday. I'm going to try to continue doing that. Also realized that the night before I'd gotten in a fight with the SO, so that might have contributed. Idk how much it would have, though. I can't really use it as an excuse.
Did you use any tools to help you meditate? I think some of the online videos are great and I'm going to keep practicing until test day.
I looked up how to do it, because I didn't want to hear someone's voice in a video. I laid down in bed in a super dark room and made sure I was very comfortable. I found "meditation" music on Youtube, and laid down and focused on my deep breathing. I would occasionally let other thoughts slip into my head, but when I did I'd just think "okay, back to breathing." One guide said to "focus on being." I tried to do that, too, by focusing on the weight of my body, if that makes sense.

ETA: Decided to take tonight off. I did about 15 games at work today, so it's into a full day off, but probably needed.

Just as an aside, there's some thought that the same kind of mental rest as meditation can be achieved through coloring books, and is far easier/more appealing to some people.

Cambridge appears to have it, and you get the test as a pdf for some number of days after scores are released.

Feel like anything betwen 165-175 wouldn't shock me in a week. Is it normal to have such a variance?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
