YES! It's down for me and SO slow when you try to move to the next page, not to mention the GATEWAY ERROR messages. I opened up multiple browsers on both mozilla and internet explorer!

I'm thinking of giving up on 7Sage for now and hit RC or LG and hope it becomes normal when I get back to it.

keep getting GATEWAY ERROR messages!

It should be up and running now, but very slow. I already did some flaw drilling, thinking of just doing maybe an LG section. I was going to do some RC passages but eh.. Not in the mood for that today, I'll do it tmrw lol

Never mind. It is working fine. I just had to refresh it a couple times. It is being a bit slow on the loading of the videos though. I was worried it was my internet/me going crazy. lol

SAME lol. I was like "ugh why is my internet being so stupid" but then everything else was loading up fine, so I checked their app and that wasn't working properly either.

7sage is working for me... it is bit slow to load pages, but that could potentially be my internet.

Got through a couple Manhattan LR chapters and then a friend called. Long story short she offered me pork if I went to meet her. That's not something you can get your hands on over here, so I obliged for my SO's sake.

Now back to studying.

Also, you guys make me feel like a bum for not having my PS done. I just don't know where to start this time. Last time around, I loved everything about my PS. It's difficult not to compare the two.

I'm struggling whether or not I should use the PS I used last cycle. I really liked it and don't know it I can write a better one.

PT 68 complete:
RC: -2
LR1: 0
LR2: -2
LG: -3 !!! DON'T YOU JUST LOVE IT WHEN YOU [clenches fist] CAN'T DO A SIMPLE LINEAR GAME WHEN YOU BEEN PRACTICING THEM FOR TWO AND HALF MONTHS. last game, had plenty of time, ran out of time anyways, guessed a question and left a question blank. that is EMBARRASSING.
raw: 94
scaled: 175

So I'm going to keep with alternating heavy RC and heavy LR + moderate LG, and do full 5-6 section practice tests of the old PTs in weird locations, and weird times. So much of it is attention span, endurance, etc. Also - will be starting up a strict regimen of regularly bashing my head with a stack of game 68.4. jeepers.

That is still a sexy score! Don't beat yourself up over a missed game; it happens, that is all there is to it. A 175 is still amazing and you're making really good progress. Congrats! Man, the things I'd so for a 175! (I'd study an entire summer doing nothing fun, lol)

Not doing well on these LR questions at all. Welp, time to go to the grocery store and make another pot of coffee.

(@ brain - why are you doing this?? you got 10 hours of sleep and don't have to go to work. ??? )
You know sometimes when you sleep more than usual your brain gets sluggish and tired and actually works SLOWER than usual. Well that's been my experience lol and I read an article about it once.

I think you're supposed to get between 7-9 hours daily. I need to work on this.

Last night I went to sleep at 1:30am then I woke up at 4:30am and couldn't sleep until 6:30am. I forced myself to sleep (I woke up at 10am today    ) but I wanted to be somewhat productive so I made sure I got some sleep in..
That's definitely what I've noticed. I'm pretty consistently zonked out on saturdays for that reason - which makes me a bit concerned, but I suppose I won't be sleeping in or feeling remotely chill on LSAT day sooo.

Ugh that sounds super unpleasant. fragmented sleep is no fun, even if it totals to an okay amount :(
Yeah. My goal is no more sleeping in for me, although today I woke up around 9:30am.

I'm going to try and wake up every day around 6 or 7am, and a month before the test so probably September, wake up around 5am. That should be enough time to wake up my body and get the mental juices running!

Fragmented sleep SUCKS. Yesterday was absolutely horrible, I was exhausted all day.
That's a good idea. Feeling good waking up at 5am for the test is definitely the way to go.

I had managed to be waking up in the 6 o clock hour the week before last but then went to the west coast for a few days and literally couldn't fall asleep until past 4am last night. whhyyyy. well, at least we've got some time to figure out this sleep schedule thing

Did relatively poorly on my prep test today. Granted, it's my first since my cold, and it isn't totally atypical for them to go down...I took *a lot* longer on LR than I did on my cold test. On my cold test, I finished each section about 3-4 minutes early. On this test, I had about 6-7 questions left at 5 minutes and guessed at end.

Problems I noticed...

1] Scoring / Bubbling / Skipping: I messed up bubbling a few answers [offset error] which gives me another few points but still below where my timed cold was.

2] LG - it wasn't bad, but I got messed up by a game being a bit too open ended. This was where I noticed my bubbling error [which is a relief b/c I was confused]. Also, the first game for June 2011...was that a joke? I never saw it before, and I must have finished that within two to three minutes. I'm not even remotely exaggerating. I think 3 of the questions were the same question? BR'd this so far and

3] RC I have to try to see if I can knock RC out faster... currently I'm at like 90%+ accuracy at like ~9 minutes a passage...the problem is it leaves you short for the last. I also used really the wrong strategy... 5 mins was called as I was going onto the third [so a bit slower than usual] and I decided to try to skim for some idea of tone and such. That doesn't work. I think the best strategy for this case may be to just read the first and last paragraph... see if anything jumps out as MP and try to see if there's a list question then guess on the rest. I'll work on more humanities art type stuff...the first passage ate up too much time. For future PTs, I think I'll approach RC in the following way - skip the passage with the fewest questions and do it last.

4] LR - Yeah same as above. Took a bit longer. I'm hoping that I didn't miss what I thought I got.

I'll post a bit more detailed once I go through it to see whether I made other bubbling errors or something stupid.

Haha, don't thank me for the truth! You are killing it man! I have the opposite problem; I need to practice on grouping games. I'm hoping once I actually get through the 7Sage LG lessons I will be much better.

As for getting 180s in December... I sure hope so. I think I am pretty close to getting LG down to -0 and if I can get my abysmal LR score from missing 6-8 down to -2, I will be in really great shape!

Ugh, I can't even complete a simple LG section that isn't even hard. I feel like such crap today, I think i'm getting a cold, fml. Completed game 1, went onto game 2 and my mind just couldn't comprehend anything. Ugh, whatever, Netflix time.

Don't beat yourself up over a lower score - especially given that's your first one since cold! Sounds like you have a really good sense of what caused you issues, which is a great sign. :) And congrats on getting another prep test done!

BR'd the two LR sections of PT 46 today.

I for sure could have gotten -0 total on this one if I paid attention.

A lot of dumb stuff like misidentifying the conclusion.

Damn, congrats on that LG progress!!! :D :D LR is frustrating as all hell, but I know you'll be able to make some major progress before long.

I think one of the hardest things about grouping games is that there are so many variations. They were def my least favorite type for a while but I've think I've done enough games that I'm familiar-ish with most of the tricks - and now they're getting kind of fun. Or maybe I just don't like putting things in rows. :P

Decided to not be a little B and just finish up this LG section. I'll just add on the time from game 1 to the rest of the games, that's all I can really do so eh whatever
