I did C2 on Sunday. Ive done harder LG sections in regular PT's. It wasnt that hard. I did get -1 wrong though but because I read a question wrong.lynn.wibi wrote:Is C2 LG really hard? Raw 96 Scaled 177. 3/5 LR misses were SUPER obvious as well as 2 of my RC misses. That one RC question I swear is jacked up somehow......
More LG drills for tonight and then another PT tomorrow, not sure which I'll use. I have 61 and 75-80 on hand and perfectly clean, and will probably get Super Prep II so I can have C2. I have 73 but that was used for the E-test so I'll probably break that up into times sections/experimentals. 74 I could potentially use for a PT since we only used the RC but I'm hesitant to do that unless absolutely necessary.

I just got a 166 on PT 75, absolutely bombed RC and LR1. I feel physically sick, this is my 2nd lowest score post diagnostic and is my lowest in 2 months.

If it's your lowest in 2 months, then it's probably just a fluke. I know it's easy to get nervous about screwing up the same way on the actual test, especially since it's so close, but have a beer and put it behind you. Take another pt on Thursday and redeem yourself.Slippin' Jimmy wrote:I just got a 166 on PT 75, absolutely bombed RC and LR1. Re: The Official June 2017 Study Group
Worst part is this was my best performance in games to date. I went -4 in LR 1 then -7 in RC, missing all but one Q on that last passage. Take that plus a mediocre -2 on LR2 and a steep curve and you get my super shitty score.MediocreAtBest wrote:If it's your lowest in 2 months, then it's probably just a fluke. I wish this damn test was a month later, I'm not exactly where I want to be, but September is too far away. Really hope I don't have to retake.

I have no idea how I can keep studying like this until September. I've put so much of my life on hold for this test and I'll have completely used basically every PT 29+ so I can't take any fresh tests. Ive been thinking maybe I'll just drop my T13 or bust mentality and just go to Vandy but then I remember how vast the big law placement difference is between T20 and T13MediocreAtBest wrote:I wish this damn test was a month later, I'm not exactly where I want to be, but September is too far away. To add insult to injury my LR experimental was -1 so easily the best section of the test. Really hard finding the motivation to BR but I know I have to do it.

For some reason I'm thinking I'm gonna get a 172, but with my low gpa, I don't think it's good enough. So I'm not sure what I'll do if that's the case.Mint-Berry_Crunch wrote:SameMediocreAtBest wrote:I wish this damn test was a month later, I'm not exactly where I want to be, but September is too far away. I'm in the same boat where I could get like a 172. Idk if I would be happy with that. Reality is I only started studying again like 2 months ago and I can't shake the feeling that I could do better if I waited

I'm the opposite. I want this thing to come quick. I wish it were next week. I'm on a hot streak (minus the RC on 68 which was obviously rigged against me).Mint-Berry_Crunch wrote:It depends on what you're shooting for really.MediocreAtBest wrote:For some reason I'm thinking I'm gonna get a 172, but with my low gpa, I don't think it's good enough. PT 69:
LR1: -3
LG: -0
RC: -3
LR2: -1
174
I haven't studied in two days, and I think it did me some good.

Yeah man I'm only doing 9 more. 3 a week. Your plan seems like a heavy lift (but go for it if you want)Mikey wrote:20 PTs in this short amount of time? Don't burn out yo..archer grandpapy360 wrote:Going to do PT 60-80 before test day. Let's do this!!!

Totally fumbled on the 1-Yard line and had to kick a field goal on PT 68 today.
RC: -1
LR 1: -3
LR 2: -1
LG: -3
93/101 - 174 scaled. Super disappointed with my LG score. I had 12-13 minutes going into the last game, but miraculously wasted about 7 of those minutes on one fucking question. I don't know why I didn't just cut my losses and move on, but I essentially ran out of time and had to guess on the last 3 questions. Like I said: fumbled on the 1...

Getting a 174 is still basically blowing the other team out, so if you fumbled on the 1 but still crushed the cross town rivals, that's a big win my friend. Keep it up!Platopus wrote:Totally fumbled on the 1-Yard line and had to kick a field goal on PT 68 today.

Platopus, we are on the same boat. Did PT 68 on Sunday.
LR 1: 0
LR 2: 0
RC: -1
LG: -1
Score: 180
Experimentals:
PT 13.3 (RC): 0
PT 14.1 (LG): 0
Notes: If I could maintain that kind of focus during test day, it'll be great. LR: Half-guessed 2 or 3 questions and got them right. Intuitively I thought they were right, but even after doing BR I couldn't exactly pinpoint why. RC: Last passage was confusing. Wasn't completely sure of 4 of the 5 questions, so had to ruthlessly pick apart all the choices. LG: Last game was hard. Had around 13-15 minutes for the last game and still couldn't finish it. Scrambled in the last 2 minutes and managed to save 2 points, but it could have easily gone south.
