Two rules were very straight forward, one of the most important aspects was a rule that was fairly subtle but provided you with the total variables for the game.

I felt good about the real LG but the experimental kicked me ass , especially the game about rail yards closing.

I've been nervous about my score, but I've talked myself into feeling better. I think I did better on the LG than I thought I did. And even if I did badly, it's okay as long as I didn't do too badly. :/

It's going to be a long month tho.

How do you know? That would suck if it's true. That RC was much harder than the other. I struggled with this and I'm normally good with RC. The last couple of passages were annoyingly complex, especially the shrub/hedge one. Some of the questions for the urban sprawl passage didn't even make sense.

Also, anyone think the final question on second rc was a bit challenging?
Yes! I also had issues with these two passages. Please tell me you had two RC's like this one, and the second RC with the hedges was experimental.

Confirmed for hours by who? Sorry but I'm holding out for more people to confirm this. Second RC seemed experimental.

And I think I bombed RC :( I struggled a lot more than I usually do and had to do the last four questions in like two minutes.

All in all I think my score will be lower than October :( And this was my last take, unfortunately.

I had them back to back at first too! Can you tell if the first or second section was the real one? I can't remember which game was in which section, but I remember not feeling as good about the first.
The real LG was the one with furniture, Madrid/London/Paris conference, book authors

Bad news: It appears the real RC was the much harder one with the hedges & urban sprawl.

Good news: Everyone seems to have found this RC absurdly difficult, which will figure into how the final score is curved.

I think LG will offset RC. Seemed (I use seemed because who really knows) like LG was redundantly easy while RC was very difficult.

footballlax55 wrote:I got screwed with the reading experimental. Had the real section last and was tired and unfocused and the one passage about moral imperatives just seemed so dense my eyes glazed over and I was about to quit. The rest of the passages didn't seem bad, just boring. Maybe 1 or 2 of them had 1 legitimately tough question and a couple were kinda tough. If I hadn't been tired it might have been not too bad so I'd say the reading was maybe just fairly tougher than usual, but not crazy hard.

And the LG seemed to be average/slightly easier than average. I would have finished 3 or 4 min early, but I forgot a rule or two and the standard acceptable situations for 2 of the games took way longer than they should have.
I think if people messed up an important inference or two on the harder games they would have taken a lot longer/ got more wrong.

The 25 question LR seemed to be easy up until the last third and then I think like the last question or two were real hard.

And the 26 question LR seemed to be even easier in the beginning and didn't have the one or two super hard questions but had more kinda hard questions.

I'm thinking there will be a -12 curve because it seemed barely harder than average.
I think it was unfair to those of us who got the real RC at the end when we were the most tired. By the time I got to the last 2 absurdly confusing and difficult passages, I was just exhausted. I'm going to complain about this.

Also got the real RC at the end. I thought that was the experimental section because I had yet to see anything that difficult.
