Pleasantly surprised I haven't seen any cry wolf fake alerts about turning gray

Unless the new president of LSAC has instituted a policy of releasing on the actual expected release date.

I don't think I could handle it if they aren't released by tomorrow...Ntp73821 wrote:This has crossed my mind.mishpt1 wrote:Unless the new president of LSAC has instituted a policy of releasing on the actual expected release date.

I lowkey regret coming on here to check score times. I was unaware and not stressed about checking before the 6th. Now it's all I do between 4:30 and 8.

All I can say is thank God for the holiday so I could drink for two days instead of bugging about scores.
Tomorrow, however, I will be a full on stress monkey.

Pretty sure I missed a LG question or two, I don't want a 1 point curve

Feel like I missed 4 or 5 on RC, 2 on LR and 0 (maybe 1) on LG. That's not bad at all.

I almost missed one for sure on the first game. I realized the inference I was missing right before I was out of time! I feel like I went -0 on LG but I've felt like that before and still missed one or two.Jack_Kelly wrote:Pretty sure I missed a LG question or two, I don't want a 1 point curve

I didn't make a key inference on the last LG but eventually realized what it was. I did not have time to go back and check the ones from that game that I muscled my way through without the inference--that is what I am a bit panicked about!

Re: June 2017 Waiters Thread- Dowsing for gray
I actually brute force every game. I found the 7sage method didn't really work for me. I spent too much time trying to set up the perfect board and make inferences. I always tried to "beat" the test takers, if that makes sense. Once I started just setting up a simple board and jumping right into the questions, I improved immensely.Ntp73821 wrote:I brute forced the last game, too.it's allgood wrote:I didn't make a key inference on the last LG but eventually realized what it was. Not to be mean all good, but please don't suggest people ED to avoid yield protection anywhere, even UVA. If you have numbers good enough for UVA to YP you, you will see good money elsewhere. And a few of you are trashing your 3.8x GPAs. You will do more than fine with those paired with good LSATs.

Re: June 2017 Waiters Thread- Dowsing for gray
It depends on the game for me. If I don't see the inference pretty quickly, I start to brute force the game because I don't want to waste time looking for an inference that I never find. I did a lot of brute forcing during the LSAT, but I think that was 1) nerves and 2) the games were easy enough to brute force without losing a ton of time.mwells56 wrote: I actually brute force every game. Okay--that makes me feel better. I am just afraid I somehow forgot a rule when I was going through some of the questions--but really have no memory of how I even answered them.
