Spivey I have an important question for you:
What should these kids binge watch while they wait for their scores?
So a few very important updates.
1. I assume many people have seen House of Cards and Game of Thrones. Those are the only shows I have time to watch so I need to go back a bit with suggestions for binge.
West Wing is a good one.
I'm a big fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation. It's a show about leadership and problem solving (all lawyers do) not about lasers and warp speed.
2. I think I'd take apple
pie over most any cake...except mint chocolate chip ice cream cake which always wins.
I hope this helps add to the discussion!
You know it's a quality thread when Spivey pulls through with the
correct answer!
Though was hoping for a slightly different "very important update"

Well answered Spivez. Also ice cream cake is a whole other arena and I don't even know if it can be considered in the cake category.
Also, on the topic of score release, I noticed some weird rumblings in my Reddit round up. A few people in there saying their "sources" say scores could be as early as Thurs or the weekend. Seems a bit BS to me but hey might as well start wildly speculating on it

Did you make new questions and answer them in your spare time in your test? I can see the writers giving extra credit for those.

Dude, I had a dream last night a buddy of mine received a 180 and allowed me to score my test off his "perfect test". I kept missing question after question after question. Woke up in a panic.

Got extra points for the writing section, dog
Little known secret those prep test companies won't tell ya--if you write your response about legal challenges to Native American nuclear physicists' uses of honeybees from the Jurassic era in combating pollution, you automatically get extra credit.

Yup

Okay "fiasco" is kind of a harsh way to describe losing four minutes in the grand scheme of fiascae, but yeah still sucks. I'm guessing they wouldn't be so kind as to let you take a look at your score and then drop it if you materially performed poorly on the flubbed sections? Honestly, worst case is you retake in September, in which case I'm pretty sure both you and Pret are well-poised for 180s given another couple months of studying, no?

It would be almost impossible to have sources at this stage unless you knew one of the 4-5 psychometricians inside LSAC. Trust me I've tried with my sources. Hell, my former boss at two law schools was also Chair of the Board of Trust at LSAC while he was my boss, and I don't think he ever knew beforehand. It's just that tiny group until the morning of score release, after which a few other people start knowing.

Easy for you to say bb.
Of course it's not a fiasco on certain levels. But on other ones it is.
My understanding is that no matter what happens, they will not let us see our score and then cancel it. We will need to cancel before seeing it.
Also, ended up being more like 7 minutes lost, not to mention the stress blackouts I was having towards the end of the test because of it.
We're both on our second take and were both ready to nail it and be done with it. This just fucks that up, and even if we do well we know that we could have done better. Is that not, like, annoying as shit? When every LSAT point could mean more $$ or other acceptances?
Oh I'd definitely be pissed AF too. I hope y'all aren't considering cancelling though. Like even with the time fuck up, worst case is you get a bad score, best case you actually persevered. And while a re-retake would be annoying it def wouldn't be the end of the world. We're all here for ya

I feel like those are the good ones to have instead of the over-confident dreams. I had a few last week where I got 167 (which is 3 points above my highest PT).
