Then by the last section I'm running two or three minutes behind schedule. I'm scoring in the 170's, so I understanding the questions, I just need to be faster.
I can understand that for RC, but for LG with the right diagram there should be no doubt in your choice. It's not like with RC or LR where a two choices sound similar but one is slightly off due to wording. There is always going to be one choice that fits correctly and everything else doesn't. Also with LG once you find that answer that fits the diagram you can just move on, where as in RC and LR you have to make sure there isn't an answer that is just slightly "more correct".

I guess I just need more confidence in my answers. Even when the answer fits in my diagram, I try all the other options to make sure they're not correct, either.
I get that. I still for the most part check all the answer choices but I can do it fast enough and still have 5 minutes left over. If I come across a game that is harder than usual (which I know is gonna take more time) I stop doing that and go with the first one to fit and come back if I have time left over after the section. You need to be able to discern when checking every option is a helpful safety measure and when it's a harmful waste of time.

Btw, just to confirm, current LSAT's don't do the weird mapping/miscellaneous games the old ones did, right? Because those mess me up big time.
