The next week is going to go by fast for those of us who've been putting off straightening out our personal statements and app materials.thejerseykid wrote:It's going to be a really long week for some out there but there's only so much that can be done to try and help them.dosto wrote:Did this guy place a large bet on score release or something? Definitely there with you in terms of the personal statement and apps. The next week or so is going to be plenty busy getting those out of the way.snagglepuss wrote:The next week is going to go by fast for those of us who've been putting off straightening out our personal statements and app materials.thejerseykid wrote:It's going to be a really long week for some out there but there's only so much that can be done to try and help them.dosto wrote:Did this guy place a large bet on score release or something? Re: December 2013 LSAT Waiting Thread
I hope everybody’s wait and holidays have been at least somewhat enjoyable. I wanted to get opinions on possibly going ahead and starting to study for a retake.
Overall test day went well, I had normal levels of anxiety, and the test was administered perfectly. I thought that the test was on the easier side and honestly, it went much like a standard PT for me. I finished LR1 in time and felt good about it, LG was overall easy but very time consuming and I had to take educated guesses on 2 of the last questions and a blind guess on the very last which caused me to be rattled and carried over into LR2 which I believe was my experimental(LR LG LR LR RC was my sequence) after the break I had calmed down a bit and LR3 felt much like a normal but difficult section, RC was pretty standard.
I was averaging 167-173 leading up to test day and I believe that my score will likely fall in the 165 to 171 range unless something bizarre happened. Anyway is it worthwhile to go ahead and start studying again and preparing for February or should I wait for the score? I know there are several retakers in here so I wanted to definitely get their opinion.

How many retakes do you have? Are you set on applying this cycle?Lock74 wrote:I hope everybody’s wait and holidays have been at least somewhat enjoyable. I wanted to get opinions on possibly going ahead and starting to study for a retake.

Re: December 2013 LSAT Waiting Thread
Really depends on how quickly I can get this personal statement done. I have a tough time when it comes to this type of writing. I'm also waiting on one more letter of recommendation but it's not absolutely necessary so, worst case scenario, I'll move on without it. Taking all this into consideration, I'm aiming for mid- to late-January for most applications. Might have to take a week or so longer on a few applications requiring "Why X" statements but my goal is to definitely have everything in before the end of January.Dr.Zer0 wrote: Are you guys submitting as soon as those Dec. scores come out?

oh, it was ok? i loved the first Anchorman so i've been very nervous about this new installment. sequels never seem to go too well.muzzy wrote:I've been on the west coast for 5 days now and I still wake up at the ass crack of dawn every day.
In other news, Anchorman 2 is exactly as advertised and I really enjoyed Her.
ETA Took me way too long to understand this poll... that should give you enough of a hint as to where I landed.
