Since the experimental section is used to test questions for future exams, how do they make sure that someone who takes the exam in 2010 doesn't take it again in 2014 and get questions that were on his or her experimental section in 2010?

Are 120's as rare as 180's?

My gut feeling would be no because if you're already a low-range scorer you could easily do something like misbubble and drop down to a 120. The Official LSAT PrepTest (which is all I have access to from work) has 120 listed from scores of 0 to 15 so that's a pretty broad range.

They probably cobble stuff together from different experimentals to make new sections rather than reprinting outright. And I imagine the questions undergo some editing between being experimental and being legit. For example there was some questionable wording in my experimental RC that I'd expect them to iron out before actually using those Qs.
