How long does it take you to Blind Review? I'm very thorough, and I'm just wondering if I am being too thorough,

TBH, I don't BR. I should, but I don't.

just finished reviewing PT 52.

Score 177

LR -0
LG -0
LR -3
RC -1 (missed the first question LOL)

literally so happy right now. I used to hate RC but I actually enjoy it now and make myself find interest in the passage. reading solely for structure and strictly following the Trainer's advice has helped immensely. I force myself to read at a speed that will allow me to finish the passage in under 3 minutes and only going into great detail if a question references a specific detail/part of the passage. I thought the first LR and LG sections were pretty easy.

With the recent LSAT spike, I've decided to write a Why Chicago and gun for a Ruby.

I took it over a year ago but it's practically fresh to me. I didn't recognize any of it except a very easy LR q. when I took this last year it was before I knew to review my tests so that made it easier to forget lol

I actually just went back on my old 7Sage account to compare with how I did a year ago: 165 (LR -2, LG -4, LR -5, RC -5)

Quick question for everyone: I've been going through LGB exclusively but just received a copy of Manhattan LG (latest edition). So I was wondering if I should read the two in combination or finish the LGB first and, then, go over Manhattan? Any input is appreciated, you masters of LSAT!

WW
If you already have a decent amount of the LGB done, just finish it and then read Manhattan.
Thanks!!! I'm not that much into it yet.

I mean, UVA is dope, but really I'm looking to go to the best t14 at the lowest price. Also, my SO is from the midwest, and I think she's more open to moving to Chicago than to DC.

Interesting tweet from Spivey:
"Despite June LSAT registrants being up over 2%, actually test-takers were DOWN .8%. And first time test-takers were down even more!"

Fingers crossed. I keep having the fear that even if I apply with a 4.3/180, the schools will see my K-JD status and mediocre softs and stiff me. Not feeling the sticker-debt life, even with HYS.

Tbh, I think only Yale and NU put a larger emphasis on WE than the other T14 schools. You're a beast for that 4.3, nice!! Wish I didn't go into my "IDGAF BOUT SKEWL FUK DIS" mentality my sophomore year, haha. If you get that 180, you're freakin golden bro. I mean Yale is always unpredictable, but you'll definitely get something great, K-JD or not.

Match the Reasoning. Gughhghg. 15/18. D': Definitely need to revisit these.

Going to go for a jog then hit RC and LG (finally). I'll save the last few MTR for tomorrow.

A little tip that helped me with those (and Parallel flaw as well), is after reading the stim, start eliminating answer choices based on their conclusions. If the stim says all people, but an A/C says some people, then you know what to do ;) There are some really tough questions that this won't work on because they want to be douche bags and make all the conclusions sound the same in wording, but for the majority you should find this somewhat useful! At least I do :)

Congrats!! I feel the same about RC, that said I haven't actively begun drilling it yet. I usually read the passage though around 2-3 minutes really slowly and then hit the questions, and reference the passage for confirmation (I feel that's where the points are!) It's so great that your PTing this high this early in the game!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
