That's me on the right.

Seems about right, once I got to game 4 I was wondering if the test makers were going to pass the crack pipe.
If you read the instructions like you're SUPPOSED to, the LG section clearly said to take a hit of that good shit before you begin the last game. LSAC might be wondering why I was drawing monopoly buildings on my answer sheet.

latetothis wrote:Checking in. I had LR-RC-LR-LG-LR. I took September's test and got a 164, and this one seemed WAY easier. I'm slightly worried that I missed something because I don't trust that it could've been this easy, especially when I didn't study nearly as much as I should have since finding out my Sept. score AND because I was operating on 4 hours of sleep, max. Also worried about the curve not being so generous if the test really was that easy (either way, I lose!)

LG is my worst section, so I was happy to not have an experimental LG like I did in September. Loved the Rawls passage in RC, since I was a philosophy major. I find science-y passages most difficult to stay interested in, so fMRI was a bit challenging.

I suspected during the test that the second LR was experimental because it almost seemed like LSAC was playing a joke on us with some of the answer choices. They seemed too ridiculous/tongue-in-cheek to be real. Kind of concerning, but I don't recognize a single one of the experimental LR questions listed on PowerScore. Random questions I remember having trouble with: students waking up early/teenage driver accidents, Television station with a very highly watched program (Bliss), and Global warming and ocean levels (also a question on a car dealership selling a record number of cars, and most of its customers coming from a certain town). I ran out of time and guessed on Australia/South America reptiles (iguanas) coming on rafts across Pacific and Cat Food, but I think I got those.

LG seemed to go fairly smoothly except for the last game, which I never expect to finish anyway. I answered two of the questions in a rush, and guessed on the last three. The game would've been doable if I had more time, even though it was unconventional.

Most importantly, BREWPUB on Carlene Blvd all the way! I'm all for taking risks, but not dumb ones like opening a production brewery when all you want to do is to make a good product and experiment with different beer. Just sayin'

Sept. breakdown was:
LR1 -6
RC -1
LG -8
LR2 -4

Prediction for this time around:
LR1 -3
RC -1
LR2 - 4
LG -4

170 or over would be a dream, but I'll guess high 160s. Fingers crossed. Good luck to everyone here!!
Think all the LR you mentioned are real (I had exp RC)

Is RC generally your weaker section?

Anyway, for me,

-2/3 lr
-2/3 lr
-2/3 rc
-9-11 lg??

(Totally may have gone -1 on any of those non LG sections too though. I'm just saying -3 because I suppose I may have done that poorly. I only really recall maybe 1/2 per section where I felt confused.)

 at LG

-4 on LG? Wasn't that your forte
No, I've always been an RC/LR kind of gal. But usually go -1 on LG. I guess I just feel uncertain about the last game so I'd rather assume I did the worst and be pleasantly surprised than vice versa.

yeah it usually is and i didnt feel great about the 4th passage. first LR im giving. a -4 because of the girl having a very audible panic attack next to me for most of the section.

MRW I realize that I might have misread a sufficient condition as a necessary one in an LR question I thought I got right.

hmm I'm pretty worried about my second LR i kinda powered through it because it was my last section and i didn't check the time when we started the section so I had very little sense of pacing. Finished the section 5 minutes early, went back and checked my circled questions and even had time after that to completely go over the first ten questions and double check. So I don't know.

I've been procrastinating forever for my final two papers (one of which I have along with it a presentation this week and it requires a lot of reading which I haven't started)

Ok, so #teambrewpub has the popular vote. But could production brewery win the electoral vote? That couldn't possibly happen, right?
