Nice 1 year break. What made you decide to retake?
I knew that I needed to retake, as I want to go to top 5 with money. I needed a break before committing to what I understood post June '14 to be a lot of work.

Dude, you are there! Congrats! I know you want 3-4 more points, but, 170 is a great score in the bag.

Checking in. Starting Manhattan's LSAT Interact.

A friend will be self-studying using The Trainer, If so I will purchase as well for purposes of cohesive study group discussion.

Initial diagnostic: 157.
Intermediate Goal: Consistently PT above 165
Final Goal: Break 170 on test day.

Can folks share tips on how they nailed down timing on the test (for LR and RC)? That's my biggest issue right now--solving quickly without losing accuracy.

On LR, try to finish question 15 within 15 minutes. On good days I've been able to do 20 in 15, and that gave me plenty of time at the end to review hard questions.

I think it just takes a lot of time, practice, familiarity, recognition of patterns, and better fundamental knowledge (curious to see how many ways I can say the same thing here...). A combination of all of that. How many PTs have you done, and how much of a factor has time been for you?

Dude!!
Let's talk about LR skills. Your assumption was that your 'order' will be followed. Guess what?

Let's talk about RC skills. "I guess" left the window open! 8)
