Nice 1 year break. What made you decide to retake?

I knew that I needed to retake, as I want to go to top 5 with money. I needed a break before committing to what I understood post June '14 to be a lot of work.

Infrequent poster here, Broke 170 for the first time today on PT54. Retaking a 166 so very excited to say the least. All of the study tips have been instrumental, thanks a million!

On LR, try to finish question 15 within 15 minutes. On good days I've been able to do 20 in 15, and that gave me plenty of time at the end to review hard questions.

I think it just takes a lot of time, practice, familiarity, recognition of patterns, and better fundamental knowledge (curious to see how many ways I can say the same thing here...). A combination of all of that. How many PTs have you done, and how much of a factor has time been for you?
