How... Do you even make yourself eat that much? Back freshman year I was super into Body Building (was never nearly as big as you are I dont think) but even then, when bulking, I could never force myself to eat that much. I'll be honest i'm impressed.

former fat kid, seriously I can put away food like it is no one's business but now I dont gain a pound (actually this bulk is going good 190-206 in 3 months). my magnum opus of eating was freshman year, domino's had a 1/2 off entire order and I bought 50 bucks worth of pizza 100 before coupon and ate all of it. my roommates just looked at me in sheer dismay.

im in awe rn at that. I gain pretty quick even at 3200-3500 cals daily. I'm sitting at 3k which I think is somewhere near maintenance for me. the post show water and nitrogen gain kind of skewed my ability to accurately figure it out

Umm, javelina raided my trash bin sometime today.

I'm subscribed to a bunch of e-mailing lists to record labels and music shops, but hadn't really been going through them until the test was over and a ton of great music has been released in the past few months. Especially if you like Electronic/Ambient/Downtempo music.

Also still learning how to use my speedlite. It's really cool, but very complicated. I took a picture with it in my pitch black room and the flash alone made the photo look like it was taken in daytime.

I made brownies, blueberry muffins and monkey bread as Christmas gifts for the fam and they loved it.

That's about it.

3k is about maintenance for me too, I've been averaging 3500-4000 normally a day, and I hate it. I still have slight shoulder striations but my midsection looks like mashed potatoes. for my cut it'll be about ~2750 maybe more maybe less, I like slow cuts so I don't get depressed at rapid strength loss.

feels. mine started at 2700 and was down to 1600 the last two months of prep. miserable made me never want to do it again. no energy/strength loss/t plummets

luckily strength bounced back really well in last 3.5 months since
