I know, I was really disappointed. Mostly because it just felt like a huge waste of time. We were living together and got a cat together after 1 year. If you plan on moving in with your bf once he finds a job, just make sure you're both on the same page and have a back up plan...

Nope, his dad lives down the street from my parents. I was his first American friend And he loves Indian ppl. Like he speaks Hindi and everything (I can't even speak Hindi). He's basically an Indian dude trapped in a white dude's body, haha

We started living together right away in a tiny shoebox studio apartment and it was just so easy. That was a good sign. Other than that, I guess it's hard to say why we were both so confident about it, but we were.

We're at about 3.5 yrs now and still right in the honeymoon phase. He's 33 though, which probably has something to do with it.

This is so interesting to me. We had a 6 year age gap - he's 28 now. I'm 22. He lived like a 5 minute walk away from my dorm, so we were basically living together very early on. Living together was great - it wasn't that we weren't compatible roommates.

Whatever. I need to stop thinking about him. He's a fucking asshole.

I was with mine for 4 years when we just ended in a day. We were living together and sort of engaged :/ Shit happens! I don't know how I feel about living together before being engaged now anymore though!

Yeah definitely. We basically lived together all last year (you live off campus senior year) with no problems and we loved it but I know things can change so quickly

Yep I am And also Nepalese-Scottish from my dad's side.

I taught her how to roll over on command. She's a special kitty.

ETA: Peppa, you are MY GURL. <3 TT really helped me get focused though. Readjusting to living back at home post-break up was a disaster for me.
