start drilling. get some books. find where your weaknesses are....... basically learn the backbone of this test. if you think you can dedicate some serious time (like 4-5 hours a day) to this per week, then go for it. you can always sit out until feb or june. my diagnostic was similar to yours but I have made a lot of improvement since then.
ETA - I started off with the trainer (amazon). great book that explains the foundations of the test. that introduced me to what I was getting myself into!
logic games bible, manhattan logical reasoning is really good too. use 7sage's free explanations of logic games (helped me tremendously), and just do practice tests timed WITH review once you are finished or a day later. these books can all be purchased on amazon for pretty cheap.
