Wow, lucky bastard. I would've shit my pants because there were like 7 proctors in my room and tried to use creative hand placement to rectify the problem.dodint wrote:The guy next to me was so focused when we moved on to section 2 he kept bubbling section 1. They didn't throw him out even though he narc'd on himself. I assume they just let him transcribe and erase.

We had a 1:8 proctor:student ratio in a large room. And the proctors were pretty relaxed. Made for a low tension experience.

Re: Overheard at the LSAT
Before the test started, I was waiting in the lobby of the university with everyone else. This girl and I caught eyes a few times and just to be friendly, after a bit I started talking to her. I introduced myself and we just LSAT talked. I asked if she was nervous and she said no. I then asked how long she had studied for and she said less than a month, and that she isn't even sure if she wants to go to law school so she's taking the LSAT just to see what happens.

Haha similar story, I'm pretty sure the girl behind me in line was giving me the ol' look-see and I had to suppress my natural urge to flirt with her in order to stay in the zone.TheMikey wrote:Before the test started, I was waiting in the lobby of the university with everyone else. So a girl came into the college without an ID and wasn't let past the security guard. She stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and then, phone in hand, tried to show her facebook page as proof.

At a test center in Southern California:
Girl 1: Where do you go to school?
Girl 2: Washington University in St. Louis
Girl 1: (pause) (confused look) That's really far...
Girl 2: (now also confused)
Girl 1: Can you not take the test there?
Girl 2: (rolling eyes) I'm home for the summer

Re: Overheard at the LSAT
Took the test with a bunch of people that said that all they "wanted was to get more than 155" because with that score and their GPA they could go to their dream school.
Also heard someone say that they still hadn't turned to the last page on a LR section when the 5 minutes were called and they just guessed all of it.
Some dude walked into the test late, with his phone in his hand, lol.
Some old lady that was talking the test with me wrote the writing prompt with a mechanical pencil. :S
Also, I'm quite positive a bunch of people didn't even diagram the LG.

There were only four of us at the test center. Girl next to me is on her iPad and asked if I thought that was ok because it's not a phone. Then she asks if she can take the test in pen because that's all she brought- I told her no and to take one of my pencils and she told me I was so prepared and will make a great lawyer Hahaha

Re: Overheard at the LSAT
After we spent an hour registering for the test, we had to switch to a different auditorium.....pretty annoying
I didn't talk to anyone before the test, not even if someone asked me a question. Someone I knew from highschool tried to talk to me.....no answer from me lol

Re: Overheard at the LSAT
During break, two guys were asking each other which schools they were planning on applying to.
One of them answered, "I'm looking at UCLA or USC. I think I'll score high enough to get in one of those since my highest practice test has been a 138 but like I didn't take any of those practice tests seriously. Not like how I am today."
