I'm leaning heavily towards buying it. I usually use the virtual analog on the 7sage proctor to take time, and whenever I've tried a regular watch I'm always fumbling around to reset quickly. Having one less thing to worry about seems worth the $70.
There's also no rule against bringing 3 dirt cheap watches preset and resting two for after the break. It's frankly ridiculous that stupid watch is $70.

But, if you buy it then we can be overpriced watch buddies.
Just bought it buddy. This test is turning me into a neurotic aspie gunner....

$30 LSAT watch works great but it has a high failure rate, so I may buy a back-up just in case.

To anyone who scores -4 or below for RC on the most recent PT's (PT 65 onward), HOW?

What are your thought process when doing this? Did you notice any changes in terms of mental process when you started doing the most recent PT's? Impart your knowledge please...

I average around -3/-4 on RC, and that really just comes from not getting to the last passage, which is very frustrating for me. I think that unlike the other sections, improvement in RC requires old fashioned hard work, to get better at LSAT reading you have to do a lot of it. In isolation, I typically have no trouble with timed passages, but in the time crunch of a four passage section, I have a hard time maintaining stamina to get to through the last passage. To remedy this, I plan to do four timed passages every day between now and June 12, in an effort to get as much practice as possible. As far as strategy, I don't really do anything too nuanced, I find that concentrating on getting through the passage efficiently, and paying attention to evaluative statements from the author and cause and effect language has served me well. If you haven't noticed by now, the test writers really like to include cause and effect arguments, particularly in the science passages.

Did a pt, not sure how I feel.
LR:-10 (went -7 in the first section, really screwed the pooch)
RC:-0
LG:-1

A scaled score of 169
Obviously, I have a glaring weakness which I find weird because it seems like I've regressed in LR, and I think I psych myself out now and maybe put too much pressure on myself...maybe? This test's curve was tough but that's no excuse for missing twice as many as I should in one section. And the question I got wrong on LG was just a dumb case of not counting properly, so not worried about that.

So while I'm optimistic about RC and LG, I'm a little stressed about LR now even though I've done much better.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm confident in my LG/RC ability right now, but my LR is my weakness at this point. Which it used to be my strength. I'd say do an in-depth review and see if there are any trends. I did a long review of my last test and realized that a lot of my misses are from just not reading the question thoroughly enough. I used to do Q first, then Stem. I switched to Stem first, then Q. I am now going to drill two sections today back to Q first, with the hopes of grasping the Question better before hitting the A/Cs.

Here is a big thing that could help: treat all RC questions as "Must Be True" questions (unless they explicitly ask for something else, like weakening an argument presented). What are you scoring right now? Are you having trouble with particular types of passages, certain questions, or all over the board?

Will probably do that too--drill passages and see which ones I have to scramble on. What is the difficulty of PT's 42-51 compared to the most recent PT's? I was doing okay on RC (-2 or -3, with the occasional -4's) until I hit PT 70's. Then it's -5 on PT 71, -3 on PT 72 (but was unsure throughout), and -6 on PT 73.

Questions about which statements the author would agree with. Comparison passages can also be hard, depending on the topics. They consist a small portion of my mistakes, but I often finish the questions wondering if I got them right.

I got kinda drunk last night and now I'm doing way better at my RC drilling.

Or, it could be because I stopped marking passages up. I noticed over the past couple weeks I've been really active with markup and my scores have been bad, so I just gotta pay attention to this I guess.

Did you guys use the Ace the LG book in your prep? Do you find it helpful with approaching the weird games?

I'm trying to decide whether I should incorporate it in my prep or not..

LG Bible from PS is the only thing you need. You should be able to get to a point where you're comfortable/fast enough with the regular game types that even if you do run across a hard/weird game you'll have plenty of time to gut through it

LG is my strong suit. I remember a few months back a lot of people talking about the book, so I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to go through it. So your thoughts are to forgo the book?

I just want to be prepared for any weird games that may come my way..

I cold started at -4 LG. After going through the PS LG Bible, I have only missed 2 questions in the past 5 months.

Just PT'ed 66 today:
RC: -4
LR1: -0
LG: -1
LR2: -1

94/100; 174 scaled. Not too bad, but some really dumbass mistakes in LG and LR2. For whatever reason I didn't apply a very necessary rules for one question, and in the other I read too fast at the end of the section for absolutely no reason. Shit.

Anyway, averaging around 174 now, so it's good to see my PT average start to climb out of 172 territory; let's hope it's here to stay.

Not lately, but I've seen some improvement with RC by NOT marking up the passage. It's just easier for me to actually figure out what the hell is going on if I don't have to worry about circling, bracketing, underlining or whatever.

I'm not sure why, but I end up remembering way more when I don't mark up.

TBH the same thing goes for LR. If I don't mark things up it like I challenge myself to think more

When I do make markings I just circle people/terms and then underline what applies to that circle

IDK, for me LR is easier when I mark up more. I've been getting in the habit of bracketing the conclusion, and it's been helping.

Agreed, I never notate RC and very rarely do it on LR. Only time I really do it on LR is on difficult parallel reasoning question I will quickly notate the conditional relationships present in the stem, and I underline every EXCEPT I see because I've incorrectly ignored the except before on questions, and losing points for a stupid mistake like this is infuriating.

On another note, I did a timed LG section today and got my first -1, which is up from my previous high of -4. I had only 45 seconds for the last 2 questions so I missed one, but given just another minute it was super obvious, and had I notated my rules more efficiently in the game I would have had much more time to spare as I took way too long on 2 questions earlier in the game.

I know most of you guys on here have been perfect/near perfect on LG for a while, but this is a pretty big milestone for me. Scoring in this range in LG is critical to solidify myself in the 170s since I won't have to lean as heavily on LR/RC as I have been up to this point.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
