I actually really got into lifting last January, and because all I had to do this summer was three courses, some part time work and the LSAT, I was able to stay consistent at going every other day.

Now that I've started working full time it's more like three times per week but I still love it - it's the couple of hours a week where I don't have to worry about anything but getting sweaty and lifting heavy things (and of course putting them down).

Do it! I go on at least a 10 mile hike every weekend and it's amazing. I didn't hike at all throughout September (minus Labor Day weekend when I backpacked) and it was terrible.
