retaking23 wrote:Hi guys, I need some advice. Currently I'm sitting on a 3.86 gpa with a 166 LSAT. I retook in December to apply this cycle. My question is, as far as fee waivers are concerned, should I just start sending emails to schools seeking waivers with my 166 or is it better to wait until after I receive my Dec score?
Hey, don't know where you're planning on applying but as someone who is also currently working with a 166 I'm thinking of already beginning to solicit some waivers starting with the lower ranked schools I'm planning on applying to and working my way up depending on the responses I get.

If this is anything like negotiating scholarship money, though, there shouldn't be much harm in reaching out and trying.

JUST AN FYI:
after 15 days, you are as far as October was after 4 days

step. up. your. game.
at this rate, i wouldn't be surprised if you didn't even hit 180 by gray day

Can't tell if this is a subpar post or a "180" play on words.

I PW'd the other day and it helped for about twenty seconds. No one will PW and we're lacking the amazing GIF storm and neurotic speculation that made October so awesome...

First LSAT dream since exam: exam is over and proctor is collecting my answer sheet and mine is no where to be found.

had the same dream three times I got a 179. Also had a dream that I got the score release email and my computer caught on fire when I tried to open it. This wait is driving me insane...

Edit for clarity.

Had two separate dreams before the LSAT where I finished a section with 5 minutes to spare which is not even close in reality or PT. Since the LSAT, first dream I got a 154 - probably much higher than actual:( Second dream the proctor let me keep the booklet to review my answers. I rightfully got expelled from school (weird since I graduated nearly 10 years ago) for cheating.

My LSAT dreams have all been about misbubbling. I am terrified that my subconscious knows I did something wrong....

I've now had two LSAT dreams. The first was the night before the December test. I got a 173 in that one. Last night was more of a nightmare. I forgot to bubble the entire first page of LR1.

Yeah it's the worst watching people get decisions when you don't have your score. BUT the wait between applying and hearing back will be much shorter (at least for those of is holding off until scores) so there's that...

wait is there evidence to support this? because that would be awesome.
Maybe just in a sense that if others would have to wait until the last deadline for decisions, we wouldn't have to wait as long since we put in our apps later than other did lol (hope that makes sense)

It's the shittiest thing ever. Especially when your current stats are above or near the 75th for some of those schools. Yet, they're in and you're still incomplete.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
