Did PT 77 last night--it was the first time I'd touched it since December 5, 2015. Ended up with a 175:
RC: -2
LR: -4 (one more than I missed in Dec wth)
LG: -0

I'm chalking up a couple of the LR misses to being fatigued--for some reason it's just so difficult for me to concentrate at the level required by the tougher LR in the evening. LG of course I knew exactly what was coming, so that's no surprise, but I feel pretty good about RC--I had very little recollection of it beyond the passage topics. My no-mark method seems to come through once again. Just hoping I can replicate this on the 6th.
Good job! Feels good to retake and get it right (right-er).

Derp. Drilled a few early logic game sections and make two dumb mistakes on each one. Going to have the consider the benefit of eliminating every wrong answer and the cost in time

The only score that matters is on June 6, (un)fortunately
I wish I could better articulate how RC just kind of 'happened' for me. Like literally two weeks ago it wouldn't be unusual for me to get -3-5, but then I just stopped annotating and instead simply reading the passage, and then boom, it all just came to me. Maybe it just comes from having done it for so long that I've finally hopped over the last plateau, idk.

So it looks like you just need a valid ID that matches exactly your name as you registered. I can't find anything that says the address needs to be identical too. If it makes you feel better, I have a drivers license from my home state that still lists my parent's address, even though I live alone in a completely different state. I doubt it'll even raise any eyebrows.

Yeah highly doubt it would ever be a problem. I also have an out of date address on my driver's license. Not sweatin' it in the slightest

Once I learned to read without regard for the questions (like a magazine article you are particularly interested in) I started making huge stride in RC. Before it wasn't uncommon for me to miss 5-7 and now it's closer to 0-2.

Breakthrough boys and girls!

PT 69: 175 (BRed to 178)
Section breakdown: -2/-3 LR, -1 LG, and...wait for it... -0 RC!!!

Background: So, my wife graduated from law school this last weekend and I took a flight back to the states to celebrate with her and her family. I intentionally left every...last...LSAT product behind. No LSAT period. I listened to my music, read All The Light We Cannot See (something I've been wanting to read since Dec 15) while on the plane, and ate/drank too much with everyone for five days.

Came back and, last night, dropped a hot and spicy LSAT score. Seriously folks, if you feel like you're beating your cranium against a wall and getting crushed, consider a few days away. It might put you in the head-space you need to succeed.

Good luck to everyone...carry on with the shitpoasting!

My sister's wedding is 2 days before Monday the 6th. I will take Friday for traveling and Saturday for wedding to relax. Sunday I will only drill.

Yea dude, been locked in between 167-169 for a while with an occasional 170. So, 175 is a massive leap. Hoping it's not a statistical outlier to be offset in the future by a 165. We'll see. But I figure given the amount I beat myself up over a low score I've earned the right to enjoy a high one.

Dude this sounds like a solid plan. As long as you avoid getting shithoused on Sat night and being hung over all-day Sunday, I can't imagine this doesn't serve you well and give you a perfectly timed mental break.

PT 71 (-1 LR, -2 LG, -4 RC) 176 [Ugh, this RC section.]
PT 72 (-2 LR, -2 LG, -2 RC) 176 [Ugh, three stupid misreading mistakes.]

Not happy with these scores (I know, I know). I am basically a 175+ or bust person, and I would feel much more comfortable PT'ing at 178+ right now. I have a few 180's in the recent past, but the downward trajectory is a bit worrying.

Today is my off day. No LSAT studying at all. I think I've been a little burned out recently, so this will do me some mental good. I think I'll just take 2 more PTs before test day: 75 and 76. Sounds reasonable, right?

I feel ya--PT 72 is my last true fresh test, so I'm tackling it this weekend. Would be nice to hit 178+ with a fresh one (hit it several times with some retakes).
