Christ, just 164'd PT79. Not what I wanted to end my studying on. Only positive was that I got everything right on the virus game.

Now that you got the low score out of the way, you've got nothing but success on Saturday.180orDie wrote:Christ, just 164'd PT79. Not what I wanted to end my studying on. Only positive was that I got everything right on the virus game.

Think I'm going to pass on a new PT at this point. I'll just do some light drilling and review and try not to worry too much about Saturday.

Cleaning and reorganizing apartment tonight was a pretty solid idea I think... going to sleep like a baby.

Maybe doing a section or two of LG.cherrygalore wrote:Is everyone taking Friday off? Whats the final 72 hr plan?
Possibly one of LR too.
Probably not though.
Two LG games (not sections) is likely though

I just did PT79 Today as well. Great job on the virus game did you draw out some sort of game board, and how did you represent it? I had a few game boards in mind but I let the hype of how difficult the game was get to me. I decided to just to do it in my head and got -2. One question I just made a dumb mental error. The other I got wrong was the "except" question which are harder and more time consuming to do mentally since the nature of the question allows for 4 valid answer choices rather than 1. In retrospective the game wasn't as tough as it was hyped up to be, and I should've done it on paper rather then in my head. Congrats on the -0180orDie wrote:Christ, just 164'd PT79. PT 79: 171
LR: -2
RC: -3
LG: -2
LR II:-3
I think I am mostly done studying for the next few days. I may do a some difficult/strange logic games in my head without drawing out game boards as a fun challenge and to keep that aspect sharp.

Can anyone help me with two questions from early tests? I have the answers to them, but the explanations from the Manhattan forums are not helping. PT 13 Sec 2 Q: 13 and PT 13 Sec 4 Q: 19

Man, I hope my LG spotting skills are still up to snuff for the real deal GOIN DOWN THIS SATURDAY MORNING!
Do 3, skip the hardest, hopefully not having spent too much time on the hardest one before figuring out it's the hardest. Bubble in the same letter for the hardest one. Go -5/-6.

You go this. If anything the hardest game in most recent PT's are much easier to spot, since typically the are also the strangest games.dontsaywhatyoumean wrote:Man, I hope my LG spotting skills are still up to snuff for the real deal GOIN DOWN THIS SATURDAY MORNING!

You are going to find the hardest quick, knock out the other 3, and may surprise yourself that you still have enough time to do well on the last.

Lol! Not hugely interesting maybe, but I was taking a note to self and also made the same "got/go" typo you did, in writing the same phrase "You go this."SunDevil14 wrote:You go this. Man you'll probably be busting out 180s like Shemp by June. Your patience will definitely pay off. On another note, I'll be 33 when I finish LS (*shakes old man cane*)dj9i27 wrote:it isn't as bad as i think it is. Got a job working with a judge that pays decent in a town i want to move to so I'll have some relevant WE when I apply and hopefully a 177+ so maybe it'll work out in the long run. The only real difference is I'll be 27 when I graduate LS not 26Instrumental wrote:dj9i27 wrote:You guys got this, if I were you I'd just chill out and maybe do light drilling (10-25 questions) or read through the prepbooks just to keep sharp.
