Final PT, I thought it was totally fresh, but the first passage did sound vaguely familiar. Nothing else did though. I just stuck with a 4section PT, but I took no breaks.

LG +3 min remaining; -1*
LR1 +~3-4 min remaining; -1
LR2 +~3-4 min remaining; -2
RC finished comfortably; -1

95->175

*Just looked back, and I had the right answer but selected the wrong choice. It was one of those how many could satisfy the condition, and the numbers counted down. I thought in my head C=3 and picked C.

I'm pretty much ready for this. Going to just do some miscellaneous games and reading comp between now and test day. TBH... I think the biggest thing that helped me with RC is to stop giving a **** about every detail. I was starting to get bogged down in the details of the Woody Allen passage, and I just started to ignore some of the overly superfluous sentences and flew through it.

I will say that, come test day, I will not spend the last minute to ensure that I have some question that I'm 95% sure about is correct... obviously, I will work until the buzzer if I have unanswered questions or something I'm not very sure of. I find having even just the minute or two to just collect yourself between sections is so immensely beneficial... far more than spending the minute debating between two answer choices.

And now to return the 7 dollar watch from Walmart. You wouldn't believe how loud this thing ticks!
I went with the nicotine lozenges, those fuckers are clutch.

Does, playing the minority card even have a lot of benefits on the Lsat/law school?
URM status gives you a bit of an edge, how much I don't know.
I have always listed Caucasian, so might as well stay consistent. I'm 1/2 an ethnic minority rather than racial minority, plus my ancestors were not fucked over by "the white man" so I do not a specific check-box or sympathy.

As someone with an unfortunate smoking habit myself, do people who take this stuff take it like during the test or just before it? In Pt's I've never smoked during the test, so I probably shouldn't mess with that. But what do other people with nicotine problems do?

When I take PTs I replicate what I plan to do on test day. I usually smoke before a test, and take the lozenge during the 15 minute break. This has been my approach for the last few PT's. Before that, I'd just walk outside during the break and have a smoke.

If you are a regular smoker, then throwing in the gum or lozenges during the break likely won't alter your performance much. If anything It may help to calm your nerves and or clear your mind. If you are used to go long time without nicotine, then you may not want it/need it during the test. My suggestion would be to bring some, and if you need it then use it during the break. The feeling you get from the gum or lozenges is not much than different in feeling or intensity than a cigarette.

Finished with a solid performance on my last PT. AR is such a toin coss section, I warmed up with PT74's AR and went -5 because I ran out of time, and on PT51's I went -1 (a bubbling error goddammit) and had four minutes to spare. I think consistency in difficulty for that section is majorly lacking. 7sage has the target time for games 3 and 4 of PT 74 as 11 and 14 minutes respectively, meaning you'd have to aim for 10 minutes to complete the first two games.

PT51
LR1: -2
RC: -3
LR2: -5
AR: -1

Score: 89/170

I'll take it gladly.

Whelp, 2nd-to-last LSAT (fucking please please please) ever went pretty well.

PT 75, 89/169
LR-1
RC-4
LG-2
LR-4

Made a couple dumb errors, but I also had screaming kids around me for ~90% of the test, especially during my RC and LR sections. Don't think the environment will be any worse on test day. Feeling pretty confident, think I'm about done studying. Maybe a couple odd games tomorrow and a last LR section coupled with notes on a strategy recap.

Also I havent taken a day off for about a week and a half so two easy days filled with relaxation/exercise will do wonders for my focus/energy levels. Lots of sleep + adrenaline will come in clutch as well.

Hoping everybody here kills it on saturday, thanks for all your input and help! Lets fucking slay this bitch

Just doing some cleaning around. Booked my hotel in Queens (holla) for the night of the test. Can walk or take an uber. Probably take an uber.

LSAT SuperPrep PrestTest C...

Any thoughts on...

LR1 #12
[+] Spoiler
Not sure why I picked C...C would be if it asked when it's in traffic I suppose. It asked stopped.
LR1 #18
[+] Spoiler
I got this right and picked A. Just want to verify since it was kind of odd to me. It's basically just saying that contemporary novels can't make new important contributions because three subtypes of these lack various traits. A mirrors this, as we assume that no government can do something b/c individual governments lack some other traits.
LR2 #15
[+] Spoiler
Picked B... not totally sure as to why A is right...

C is wrong, because we are told the number of deer killed by the population of hunters is the same as it was previously (def. a valid interpretation of that sentence IMO) so this would just mean fewer hunters kill more deer each.

D is wrong, because we don't really know whether that modifies the behavior of wolves. Wolves from captivity may find venison just as tasty.

E is wrong, because it would further the confusion. This would be another reason to expect deer populations to be in decline.

B I felt was weak, as we have no idea as to the efficacy of these programs. I suppose that should have been reason to eliminate it.

A I felt was weak as well, as we have no idea whether those pesticides actually hurt deer. I suppose the nice part of this answer is that it would possibly give the reason as to why deer *and* wolf populations are both increasing.
LR2 #18
[+] Spoiler
B is out b/c knowledge is only used once.
C - not sure why to eliminate.
D is out b/c it's not an incorrect reversal.
E is out b/c that's not happening... this is one of these belief of a belief flaws.

A is good, b/c we don't really know if it's relevant... not sure that a calculator is technically an 'information handling technology'
LR2 #21
[+] Spoiler
I got this one right, but mainly b/c I felt that A wasn't supported. B&C can't be right b/c they would force E to be also right. I feel like similar reasoning can be applied to D.

Could have gotten three more points on my last PT from not trying to be a hotshot and not reading all the LR answer choices >_>

Brah, if you're hitting that on games you just have a few things to tighten down before june/september. Are you doing what I'm doing and just kind of resetting the process of studying?
Yeah, kind of. I've been going through each lesson on 7sage as well all over again. There were some lessons I skipped bc I thought I was a know it all but I'm going through everything this time

TBH - I think a break helps tremendously. I just find myself not overthinking every single little thing... it just feels really different taking practice tests now.
