but when did your icon turn grey??

I received mine at 9:15. No need to worry unless its 5:45 and nobody has received their score yet.

They come out in batches, some earlier than others. Expect the first one to go out within the next hour or two.

Really? Everything I've seen in the past waiting threads indicates the first wave of scores comes out quickly after icons go grey.

I think I was either in the first wave of scores last time or pretty close to it in October... and I got my score a little over 30 minutes after my icons went grey.

I still don't think we know for sure if the icons will go grey for this release, though..

In December they didn't go gray until 5:13. I'll give it another hour before I lose all hope.
