I agree with Dave. Multiple people, including myself, have confirmed that their past tests didn't go grey until the late afternoon/evening. 6 for me. Still not over yet today

I've also moved into the numb/oblivious phase where I don't really care I just want to know. But when I see the grey icons, I know I'm gonna freak out. And I still have hope for today. I'm just gonna pretend I'm Leo and I know I'm getting my score but I don't.
