Interestingly, the average release time for the june test since 2004 looks like 19 days, so less than two weeks. All of the tests from 2011-2004 came out before three weeks. This three weeks thing seems to be relatively new.

If I get my +170 that I'm thinking I will, than yes I will apply to Harvard. I am an urm and numbers are pretty positive for urm 170+ with my gpa at Harvard.
